Aimee is compassionate, fun, and has years and years of wisdom and practice. She meets you where you are at, teaches with humility and humor, and is constantly striving to continue learning herself. AYLB is a great place to develop your yoga practice!

Unique traditional style of yoga almost like private lessons, except there may be others in the room working on their own yoga practice at their own level. Individualized and one on one-the expert teacher shows you how to build up a practice learning one pose at a time. You progress on your own timetable, and by your own ability, and do the practice at your own pace. The studio is open for several hours in the morning so you can come when it suits you- as early as 6:30 AM, and as late as 9:39 AM and the teacher is there for you. Very easy for a beginner to very advanced, the teacher is trained and authorized in India to teach Ashtanga.
