Wondering, why isn’t the 711 store at the Ocean/Alamitos Blvd. location?

Because other than home they have the best coffee in Calif.

Remember R, K, L, m, and Q.

This 7-Eleven is probably the best 7-Eleven I have gone to. They always have the coffee I want ready and hot. They never run out of the creamer I want either. Its convenient and open 24-7 to fit my needs. The only issue is there is always a lot of pan handlers outside (keep your car doors locked!)

Never have problems with 7-Eleven

I would give 5 stars for customer service in the evenings when Mister Ángel is working very kind, helpful, but I give 3 stars to the store, for the other man who works the midnight shift, I do not know his name, but when not There is Mr. Angel, the other person who works at midnight, what a bad service, he is rude, he is always in a bad mood, he leaves one waiting while he is checking his merchandise, and he looks annoyed, for that reason I give it 3 stars and I stop going to buy at night, the worker is a thin man, it is not good for the store to have people like him.the owner should hire friendlier people.

Friendly place & well stocked!

I give it 1 star because there is no option to put 0, because of the lousy service they have, every morning I go to buy hot coffee and Monday, January 2 was no exception, early in the morning I went to this place to drink hot coffee . coffee and when paying the cashier when he saw my bill in hand ($100) he nodded saying no, very annoyed (I don't understand why?) to which I asked him why? He turned his back to me and kept shaking his head saying no, after a few seconds I asked if he was thinking of charging me. How much longer was he going to make me wait? to give me a reason, until he turned around and in a very annoying tone his silly argument was that he was not going to charge me a $2 coffee with a $100 bill which seems stupid to me and he kept shaking his head no and he turned his back on me again and walked away. I couldn't afford the coffee because I only had $100 bills and it was too early to try to find some change at another store. this place was the only establishment open and you can tell he denied me service just for buying $2 dls from him. but i will never set foot in this place again because of the rude and dismissive way i was treated. And I will tell my bad experience with my friends and acquaintances so that they do not go to this store either.

RACISTS AND DISCRIMINATORY. HAVEN'T WE BEEN THROUGH THIS ENOUGH. Im am Black mix, and my fiance and I came into the store to purchase some drinks. From the moment we walked in, the main male manager had his eyes locked on me as if I was there to rob the place. I was literally watched like a hawk the whole entire time, up until we came to the register. You would think since he's watching us so closely, and there was a line, he would open up a second register to ring me up. Nope! But he did open the second one once a White woman walked in and wanted some stamps. It's amazing how another brown-skinned minority can look down his nose at me, meanwhile so willingly serves someone who would possibly look at him as a potential terrorist.WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

I walked into the 7/11 with a couple of my friends and since i didnt have any money I asked if they could buy me something. They said yes so when i grabbed the cup i put my finger inside the cup by that time my friend thought he lost his money so i looked in the cup and seen that the cup was dirty so i threw the cup away. After I threw the cup away an indian man who worked there said i needed to pay for the cup i told him the cup was dirty so i threw it away. Thats when he repeatedly started saying you need to pay for the cup I told him i dont have any money. Thats when he said wait here while i call the cops. I asked him why again he said pay for the cup. Since i didnt have any money I asked people for money they all said no. I eventually asked my friend for a dollar to pay of the cup. He said yes. Bottom line i dont think people should go to this store and personally it was he first amd last time i go to this 7/11. By the way I am a 14 year old african American

The lady in there is a bi%#% !
