I’m new to Long Beach and had no clue what backflow testing was, so I was quite surprised to get a notice saying my water would soon be shut off if I did not get it completed right away. I called Atlas Backflow Services, and David was very helpful. He was able to get me on the schedule for the very same day.

After getting off the phone with him, I called the water company to let them know it was scheduled, and they told me David had already emailed them! David and his team are the best. I had a weekend emergency because someone tried to steal our backflow. Atlas backflow was the only company that answered my frantic call. He was extremely helpful and responded within an hour! We were able to do a "quick fix" while we waiting for the new backflow device to arrive and he came back again for the install. I just began using Atlas for my HOA’s backflow inspections and repairs in 2021. They have been the best backflow company I have worked with. They respond immediately, are helpful, reasonable, and do great work. I have had backflows stolen and they are out to repair them immediately. I have had cages installed in odd, tiny areas. They figure it out and do the work with no issues asap. Highly recommend.

Atlas Backflow provides excellent service from the office staff to the owner Bill. I was looking to have a cage installed on my backflow meter and after calling several plumbing companies and other backflow companies, I was able to get a very competitive quote and most importantly the service was done immediately. Photos were provided of the completed job and I did not have to be on site or need to meet on the day of install. I would highly recommend this company and will be sure to use them when I need my backflow test. Thank you!!
