I love this McDonald's not only is it my nearest one, but the staff from the managers all the way down to the people that make the food and clean the facility are always so nice and welcoming they keep the store spotless and keep the lines moving along quickly.

Update: May 21 The cookies I received were not freshed baked. They taste just like the cookies I buy from Ralphs and all three cookies were cold. Ralphs is next door.

Update: May 22. Cookie taste much better today. They were hot but definitely not pulled directly from the refrigerator. The gentleman taking orders as great and patient.

The lady at the second window was blah (😒). She seem to have an issue with something. She attitude while hang me my items wasn't great but not horrible.

I used my mobile app to get sugar free coffee and some hash browns. Service was very fast and my order was almost correct. I did have to send my coffee back to be stired. That was also very fast.

I'm loving it! Great service! The ice cream machine works. Just the ppl can be rude. Best of luck to the employees. They deserve a raise or hazard pay.

The people you better know which McDonald's is good and not serving old food they're guilty of it too I've had to call corporate a couple of times and this was at the McDonald's right across the street from El Camino college they were trying to serve some old biscuits to me how can you serve all biscuits at 6:30 in the morning

They were totally empty and I loved it! They are right next to the cheapest gas station in the county! Though I’m vegan and only went to buy apples and an unsweetened iced tea, they staff thought that was just funny that I chose McDonald’s to do it. The staff were friendly and the cashier was cute. It was a clean and friendly atmosphere. A lot better than most.

Nealsha was the best! Her customer service is perfect & can make the meal even more enjoyable! Very considerate & makes sure the order & price was correct. Please give her a big thank you for being part of the team & give her a raise ? Maybe ;)

With McDonald's new digital ordering screen, we ordered for 5 and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes

The best McDonald I ever been

The staff is GREAT. The place is good for friends, groups, & family. The bathroom is always clean & available. They even have both regular & sweet tea available next to the soda machine as well as another dispenser for water. In fact, writing this I think I'll head there now.

IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY USING THE APP, YOU NEED TO START USING THE APP!

Honestly, I use the app almost daily, it gives you discounts on mccafe items, meals, and purchase prices, it also gives you discounts based on order amounts, there are buy 1 get 1 free promote, and more. If you go to Mcdonald with any regularity, it is completely worth it. I pay $0.99 for a large vanilla iced coffee daily. Try and beat that.

TIP #2

If you do use the app, always pick drive thru. Curbside pickup takes longer. I have no idea why this is even an option.

Okay, I love this location. The staff is always pleasant, the service is fast, their fries are always piping hot, and they have never EVER made a mistake on my order. I usually go here in the morning, but have gone here at all hours. Honestly, the staff are so nice, I have never received service where the staff was even lackluster or not smiling. I imagine the management treats their employees well, and that's great to see.

I always pass by here since I go to the Ralph's right behind it. This time I stopped to get some dinner. Everything I got was fresh the employees were very respectful, patient, and helpful. The serves was fast and easy. I will definitely be coming back here!

This place always has a crowd of homeless ppl or ppl who look like they live there cuz no matter what time of day it is they never leave. But the staff is lovely they always get the orders out as quickly as they can and always have a good amount of staff per shift.

Been coming here since I was a kiddo it was great stopping by here after Soo many years and still have that great taste and lovely customer services

The food here is really good .Great customer service here, but the wait time for your food can be very long. Expect that!

A lot of cars I'm the drive through but got through rather fast. Good customer service fast and friendly

I took my girlfriend to McDonald's this morning she likes their coffee like I do she got coffee and a breakfast sandwich I parked and she walked in

Always pretty clean now, they are starting to allow a few people to dine in. Never really like to eat in this area though it can get lit 😅
