Incredibly bad service. The man charged me $150 to prepared a return that was $650. I just got a letter from the IRS saying I qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit. The man who spoke very poor English failed to write that in, even when I told him I qualify. To add insult to injury, when it was all done and done... he didn't E File, he handed two envelopes (no stamps on it) for ME to mail out. I would like to recommend you avoid this place with complete amateurs. I'll never do business with people who can't file a ridiculously easy return.
