I love Dr Ena and all her staff. I take both my dogs to her and everyone is so kind understanding and helpful. They always make me and my dogs feel at home and this is the first vet that my dogs aren’t terrified to come to. They actually enjoy it, probably due to the doggie treats they get at the end of their visit. They have helped my dogs with numerous from eye problems to anal glands, but in particular their allergies. Other vets had them on heavy medications with not so great side affects. After one exam Dr Ena gave me some things to try at home and shampoo and they’ve been fine ever since! So grateful for her and all at Beach veterinary ♥

Dr. Ina and her staff are the best in town. They legitimately care about your pet, I’ve seen dozens of vets over the lifetime of my dogs and Ina is the only vet I have trusted. She’s saved my stinky dog’s life and I’m forever grateful.

I do find it humorous the folks on here that have an issue on her non GMO stance- does that make the reviewers proGMO?! How does that factor into the care of your pets?

WOW!!! I am sooooooooo grateful for this wonderful, caring, very skilled, insightful and knowledgeable Veterinarian * Dr Ena saved my little dog! My chihuahua was bitten badly by a Pit bull mix at a friends house and I went to some other Vet Clinics & Animal Hospitals and nothing felt right. Then, upon meeting Dr Ena she had the best solutions and suggestions and ultimate care for the well being of my dog. I felt as if I had met an animal Angel & fantastic Doctor! Her expertise is amazing, her heart huge and her prices are very reasonable...

This is a fantastic vet, the staff are so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is clean and well kept. We are so grateful our furry friends have such great care here in Long Beach!

I just visited this veterinarian for the first time. Dr. Ena sat with me for quite awhile explaining different antibiotics, and my cat’s condition. I have never had a veterinarian so invested in my cat’s care. I felt like she really enjoys helping animals and loves her job. The receptionist, Ashley, is so nice, and she seems like she really cares as well. The other receptionist, Osmara, was really sweet as well, and full of smiles. I will come back ❤

Dr. V is the best, most caring and experienced Vet I have ever taken my animals to!!! I have been using her services since 2008! She has always been compassionate, explained every detail and never has you spend unnecessary monies or have your babies undergo unnecessary services or procedure! She truly cares! I cannot recommend her highly enough!!!

This is the best Vet I have ever been to! I absolutely love the way she cares for animals. I took my dog there for an urgent problem when my regular vet was unavailable. She is exceedingly through in her exam and recommendations. She gave me an alternative that saved me over $1500 and saved my dog from surgery. I can't say enough good things about her. Needless to write, she is now my new vet. Please note - she is an animal advocate. So if she does not feel an owner is responsible, she will call them on it.

The Dr. was very skilled and knowledgeable with cats! She was able to handle my cat daughter like no one has before and get to the root of what was ailing my cat. Usually my cat is very scared and aggressive but the Dr. started off by finding her sweet spot on her cheeks and gently introducing herself to my cat. The Dr. truly cares about animals and doesn't just quick toss antibiotics your way without consideration like some vets I've been to in the past do. Very affordable too!

Very friendly, helpful staff... They sincerely cared about my dog and the other family pets, I saw. The Doctor was kind and conscientious, as well. But, let's face it, the first face, the first impression of any business is the staff, who represent the business. The staff here, namely Jed, is the reason why I felt so comfortable bringing my new dog here! He made us feel welcome, and I am so happy I selected this Veterinary Hospital for my dog. I had a pleasant experience and look forward to going back! Oh, and it was affordable!

I honestly didn't know vets like Dr. Ena existed. She set aside time to answer all our questions and helped restore my faith in veteranians after a horrifying experience with another vet. Vet Ena is an odd duck and totally not conventional...but with that said she is not pretentious or costly either....Her knowledge is incredible. She has been caring for my pets for years long before she moved into Belmont Heights. My pets love her...my pocket book loves her...and I love her. If you want a fancy place then please don't go here but if you want a real place that you want to call family and care for your pets like family this is ABSOLUTELY the place for you.

Absolutely love Dr. Ena. She takes such fabulous care of the animals on a personal level. She goes above and beyond to help you understand your pet as well. My anxious pit bull Luna adores her as well and that says alot in my book. She takes the time to not only understand and listen to any issue behavioral/health wise and gets to the root of the cause. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

If your looking for a great vet, look no further. This is hands down the best vet that your going to find. She's really smart, knowledgeable, and always provides the best, most effective, and least invasive treatment for the pet. I am a nurse, and also love to study vetrinarian medicine. Ill tell you right now, this vet is as good as it gets!

Their approach to veterinary medicine is rational and effective. There is no overcharging for unnecessary treatments.

I have been a client of Dr Ena's since 2008, back when she was still at the Bellflower clinic. Even though her newer office is farther away and not really convenient, I wouldn't go to another vet. I always trust her to be honest and fully explain her diagnosis and treatment ideas. No up-selling and best of all, she leans towards the holistic side. She thinks outside the box. (Last year when one of my dogs had cancer she came up with a topical treatment that even impressed the veterinary oncologist, who asked for the formula Dr Ena suggested to supplement the chemo treatments) If you are impatient or in a hurry this is not the practice for you, because she takes time with each client---asking questions, explaining, and making sure the owner understands what she is saying. But you know that when it's your turn she will take time for you as well. Our family is grateful for her (and her staff's) compassion when it has been time to let one of our 4 legged family members go. We're committed fans of Beach Vet Hospital.

I have taken my dogs to this wonderful Vet since she diagnosed my GSD with spinal disease that a horrible Filipino vet kept pumping full of steroids. She is not crazy by any means. I would trust her with my life. I'm not blowing smoke-I'm a nationally certified specialty RN. She is compassionate and empathetic. Her knowledge of GMOs is spot on-not crazy!
