Our car buying process with EchoPark was a breeze from start to finish! Angel and Val were so inviting, not pushy and just wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. After we test drove the car, Val spent 30+ minutes going over all of the bells and whistles the car has to offer. We are so grateful he spent time to do this as there are so many features we would've never known about. The paperwork process was simple and quick, no gimmicks and no hassling. They do allow a 7 day return period if you end up changing your mind or if there's any issues. We had our car scanned and inspected by our mechanic and everything checked out. Overall we had an amazing car buying experience and will definitely be back in the future! If you are looking to purchase a Ford, ask for Val the Ford expert...you'll be in good hands!

If you're looking to sell your car, this is the place to do it. Just sold my Chevy Bolt EUV to them yesterday. I never heard of this dealership before and i found thru google search. I had a very good experience, no appointment but Miranda was so pleasant to welcome us. She was not pushy but her marketing skills are excellent. She discussed the matters clearly and answered my questions thoroughly. If i could rate her it will be 100/100.

Echo Park Long Beach is a breath of fresh air! I have been on the search for a new car for a few months, and with the market right now, my experiences have not been the best. Coming into Echo Park, the staff was friendly, welcoming and HONEST! I’m young and do not have a lot of experience with large purchases like a car, but Rosy laid out my numbers and options in a way that was easy for me to understand and in a way that I knew she was getting me the best deal possible. Their no haggle prices are honestly some of the best on the market. I would definitely send my friends and family here when they are in the market for a used car! Thanks Rosy!! Rosy at echo park is THE best! Our experience with her has been nothing but amazing. From the moment we walked in and met with her she was very honest and helpful. One of the things we worried about, having met with other dealers, was feeling pressured to get into something that wasn’t right for us. Rosy not only answered all of our questions but gave us great advice. She let us know about the option of purchasing through echo park and financing through our local credit union. This gave us a significantly better rate and the ability to work with the branch we already bank through. This was our first experience purchasing a car and Rosy was the bomb. We visited two times and never felt the typical “car salesperson” pressure. We are very grateful for her.

Jaime was fantastic. He was very friendly and courteous. I told him I had 2 hour window to buy a 2018 Tesla Model 3. He got my car appraised for much more than what Carvana offered. The customer service lounge was modern with a self serve superautomatic espresso machine and bottled water. As promised I drove away in my Tesla 2 hours later. My sister brought a car from EchoPark 1 year ago and she had a great experience which led me to choose EchoPark for my Tesla. Great price and service with no haggling. No mark up.

Selling my car to Echo park is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. First, everything is new and clean. The bathroom is spotless! Second, the whole team is humble and dedicated. Mac is very helpful the whole process. Last but most importantly, they offer the highest in this area. I had a great experience selling AND buying a car through EchoPark!

For anyone who isn’t aware of their business model, it’s a great place to buy sell. It’s similar to carmax in terms of the no haggle pricing. But they don’t charge dealer fees - so they gave us the best price for our car of any place that I took it. And we also got a good deal on our purchase (below the carfax estimate).

How do they make money?? It’s based on volume - kinda like Costco. They would rather sell lots of cars at a small/reasonable makeup than try to push the prices and gouge their customers. Which means happy customers!

Also - their sales reps aren’t on commission. They’re on salary. So you don’t deal with people being pushy to make a purchase. They’re just how you want them to be… helpful.

I definitely would recommend them, and I plan to start any car selling/purchasing decision with them in the future!

So I recently purchased a car from EchoPark Automotive. I found them online via True Car app. From the moment, I showed interest in a car, service and communication with this company was amazing. Easy and quick texting from Amber Ray kept me in the loop. The availability of the car, the times for appointment, the estimate for a test drive were nearly all handled by text. As soon as I arrived, the place was bright, open and the person greeting us was friendly but not pushy. We soon met with our sales agent, Jaime who was nothing but attentive.

As I was going to consider trading in my car, someone took my car for an appraisal while Jaime showed me the new car. He was not intrusive or pushy. I tested the car by myself and after 10 minutes came back. I did not have to wait long, when Jaime and the appraiser came back with a fair offer for my trade in.

While we were completing the paperwork, my new car was cleaned thoroughly. Jaime assisted me in getting my belongings from my old car and when all was said and done. I felt well taken cared off by Jaime and the entire EchoPark Automotive staff, down to generous coffee and water.

The entire experience was nearly perfect and certainly stress free and enjoyable. The only thing, that in retrospect, I would had appreciated more is an actual demonstration of the car numerous features. It was not possible for me to test all of them out in the 10 minutes and I found out that there were a couple of items that I assumed were included in the car and were actually NOT features in my car model. Still these were minor, and I feel that I received great service, a fair price for my trade in and a very good price for a car that was not even 1 year old.

I can see myself coming back to EchoPark Automotive.
