James pierced my ears today. I had my first ones as an infant, & never got any more professionally done. He made this experience so pleasant. He was patient, kind, attentive, & informative. So thankful to this store. No disappointments.

Came in to get my ears priced a few times. Staff was really nice and comforting. Vanessa & Minnie walked through the process with me to assure me everything was sanitized properly.

Affordable prices

After I picked my jewelry the silver items I found on sale usually that stuff is very fast to pick up they said their system is down I insisted to pay cash they said they will be calling me nobody ever called me back

The girl working there was so rude and irrational. I wanted to get my ear pierced and asked if I could remove the earring from the plastic demo board just so that I could put it up next to my ear and see if I liked it, she very rudely said no and that she didn’t understand why I would need to do that. Ummmm obviously because I’m about to make a hole in my ear and I want to be sure of it. I’ve gotten multiple piercings there and have bought countless earrings, but I won’t be returning.

Employee was not wearing mask correctly...had his nose exposed and was walking around the store. When I said something to him about it, he got very huffy and flounced off. This is not okay, especially right now!
