Bounce Society Long Beach

I have never been one to work out, but after I found Bounce Society, it was finally a workout that I enjoyed and wanted to keep coming back to. The classes are so enjoyable and engaging that they don't even feel like an hour and you walk out having burnt an incredible amount of calories. It is really a win-win. I mean, who doesn't love jumping on a trampoline?!
I highly recommend Bounce Society to anyone and everyone looking for a fun, new way to workout.

Bounce Society offers a variety of fitness classes and the one I most frequent are the bounce classes. Why do I love bounce? First of all, the owners and instructors are first-rate -- modeling excellent techniques in high energy & supportive workout sessions. Bounce provides a rigorous cardio and full-body workout (that I do with the approval of my doctors). It doesn’t negatively affect my arthritis, and I’ve been able to return after several major surgeries (full knee replacement, abdominal surgery, foot surgery). I’ve been bouncing for about 3 years and it truly has transformed my overall fitness.
I’m excited to see Bounce Society expand to Long Beach. I’ve taken several classes there and the caliber and quality of instruction is true to Bounce Society’s standards of excellence.

Everyone has to try this - I have been to so many exercise classes over the years and nothing is as fun as Bounce Society. I was nervous at first because it seemed different from my normal treadmill/yoga/spin/pilates sessions I do... but everyone was SO welcoming and friendly. Also, my husband who NEVER does classes did it with me and I think had even more fun that I did.

This place is amazing! The workout is so thorough and feels amazing during and after. Chelsea is a wonderful instructor and I’ve only heard great things about the others. If you want to sweat, and also have loads of fun, this is your place!

Amazing cardio that is fun and easy on the body! This perfect workout includes ab work and toning as well. Just try it - - - you'll love it!

This place is amazing. The instructors are so welcoming and helpful. I leave feeling so great! I will definitely be a regular!!
