I recently joined CrossFit Reality Gym in Signal Hill. It has been an incredible experience. The coaches, especially Coach Diego and Coach Raquel, have crafted a supportive environment where athletes of all levels thrive.

Their team of coaches is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient, making it a welcoming space for everyone.

Stepping out of my comfort zone in January was one of the best decisions, thanks to the expertise and encouragement from this outstanding team.

I’ve tried a few CrossFit gyms in the area over the years. Here, everyone was super welcoming from the very beginning. I’ve attended classes at all times of the day and I can honestly say no matter what time you workout, you will always get the attention and encouragement needed to find success. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and all the members are supportive. I came for the workout and stayed for the community.

The coaches and the owners care and value their members. They put in the work day in day out with attention to details. Superb facility and atmosphere for all levels!

Cannot recommend this gym enough. I started my CrossFit journey over a year ago now and am consistently impressed with how different and challenging each workout has been. All of the coaches are incredible at breaking down the different lifts and are always supportive and friendly. The best gym in Long Beach! I tried a couple in the area when I was first looking for a gym to join, and the staff as well as the members were the most welcoming and friendly. I felt very comfortable as a new member. I would highly recommend this gym for their coaching, their size, and the amount of dedication they give to their members!

I’ve been a member at CrossFit Reality for about 2 years now and it’s been such an amazing experience. Raquel was so welcoming and encouraging on my first day which made joining CrossFit less intimidating. All of the coaches are amazing and it's a great environment to work out in. Switched to this gym from another local CrossFit gym just recently, and it’s already been a fantastic experience. Huge space, well equipped, welcoming community, and the owners really care about the little details. You can tell they put their whole heart into the business. What I really love is the plethora of class times available (including lunch time, late evening, and Sat/Sunday), ensuring maximum flexibility to make classes even with a busy schedule. 24/7 open gym is also included in the unlimited tier at no additional cost, so you could easily make up the WOD at a time that works for you. They also have 3 Oly classes weekly, and I’ve already gotten great feedback on form. Overall, the value you get with your membership is unmatched and I’m beyond happy I made the switch.

CrossFit Reality was my first experience with Crossfit and I've been hooked ever since. I've been going to this gym for 9 months now and I'm the healthiest and strongest I've ever been. The trainers really know what they're doing and consistently provide leadership and feedback to make sure the members are working towards their fitness goals. I highly reccomend CFR if you want to try Crossfit for the first time as the owners and members are super friendly and welcoming.

This box has been here for over a decade. The people are friendly, the coaches are passionate about fitness, the owners live it and the facility is massive, clean and accommodating. CrossFit gyms have changed a lot over the years, as I'm 15 years in but I can say this is easily one of the best boxes in the Long Beach area. Come by and you'll see what I mean.

As an ultrarunner and road cyclist, CrossFit Reality has taken my running and cycling to another level. I am now faster, stronger, and leaner than ever before. I joined CrossFit Reality a little over two years ago, and it was the smartest decision I ever made. The coaches at CFR, including Raquel, Hugo, Maurice, J, and Diego, are the best in the CrossFit industry. I was a member at CrossFit Reality for just over 1 year. From my first class, it was an excellent experience. Diego and Raquel are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They welcomed me to the area and do an excellent job of organizing social events at the gym or in the surrounding area. The gym is extremely spacious and they have all the necessary equipment you could want to have on hand. All the coaches do a great job at demonstrating technique and offering recommendations to get better. One of the best CrossFit gyms I’ve ever trained at, and would 10/10 recommend to anyone.
