I stopped by today to ask about shoe repairs (since they show up as shoe repair on google), and was greeted so genuinely I was in a great mood just upon entering the shop. I was told they mostly do sneaker repairs and referred me to someone else who could repair my heels for a 3rd of the price they would charge. Five stars for honesty, serving the community, and being very clear on their purpose as a business.

Send them an email with a pic of your shoes if you wanna see if they can repair them :)

How do I contact them

I contacted Illery to inquire if they could restore the color of my New Balance. Going by their reviews, I chose to contact them first. Per their request I provided photos for a quote but I never heard back from them. If it’s not their specialty or simply weren’t interested, at least have the courtesy to respond. Their lack of communication leaves me no choice but to go to another shop. It’s a bummer, Illery is close to my home and prefer to support shops in Long Beach.
