I really appreciate it when a business prioritizes the customer. Even though they lost my favorite jacket, they made an effort to locate it. When they couldn't find it, even after several months, they upheld their policy and offered to partially cover the cost of the lost item. I will gladly continue using them in the future.

Brought a pair of dress pants that needed to be hemmed and was taken care of by Jess (or Jesse? sorry I forgot) I didn't know what length was suitable so he was able to test a couple different lengths after I tried them on. Was then quoted to come back 6 days later. Easy process and definitely will be coming back if I need other pieces of clothing altered!

I have been coming to Unique Cleaners for several years now and I have always had a great experience with their services. The people are professional and very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants a quality customer service.
