Coastal Drugs

I've used Benzer a few times for difficult prescriptions (fighting with the insurance company for approval, using coupons) and they have been FANTASTIC. Both on the phone and in person, they have been so helpful and friendly, and remember who I am. Most recently, I called in a prescription, provided a coupon over the phone, and they are delivering to me for free! So I didn't even need to visit the pharmacy for drop off or pick up! I just don't see how a pharmacy could improve on this level of service. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I have been going to this pharmacy for about 3 years now and have received super fast and friendly service. I love the pharmacist who works on Fridays. She is super nice, always asking how my kids are and how I'm doing. I don't like that they are closed on weekends and for an hour during lunch since covid-19, but they are still very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy instead of going to a big corporation pharmacy who can care less who you are or what you need.

We got our cat Mr. Sprinkles Methimazole at Benzer Pharmacy since they were about $22 cheaper than PetMeds.

Worked perfectly

I have been using Benzer for a mail order compound medication for a few months. I have been trying to get my prescription refilled for over a week and I can't get in touch with the Long Beach branch. It goes immediately to hold then a full voicemail box. I have contacted the corporate office, who were rather unprofessional, and have been assured I would be reached out to shortly. Still no luck. I have run out of my medication and will be raising the issue with my doctors office.

I have been with carerite for over 15 years .Benzer took over more than a year ago and not a month has gone by that everything ran smooth.At no time do I get my scripts at the same time.They don’t return phone calls.This months final straw was not telling me on Wed. when I called about my controled meds. They didn’t let me know they couldn’t get any until I personally went in Friday night.I have to wait 5 days with out MS Contin-until a new pharmacy can order and fill it. I won’t be in any shape to go and get it. Thanks a lot!!!
