Community Resource Center Health

I'm taking a computer class one night a week at the community center in Whittier it's actually a free class it's been quite good and informing on PowerPoint, Word, Excel they'll be starting a new class up in January 20/20

Very clean and pretty good information

Went to apply for the HEAP program. The process was very confusing for anyone going there for the first time. Patrons were supposed to take a numbered application, but there was nobody informing the incoming people. The only 2 employees were busy with other applicants.

The place is nice looking, but I drove in circles because the GPS had me going some place else. This place is on the corner of Florence Blvd and Laurel Ave. It faces Florence Blvd.

I needed assistance filling out paper work. Receptionist was rude and didn’t seem to care for accommodation of appointments... all she said was “I have this date...” when asked if she can look for specific week day she said “no they don’t come in those days ” rolled her eyes and said “if you have more questions the brochure is right there”..... talk about a “community” resource center. If specific services are only provided certain days they should be listed somewhere on the web or the brochure.

Very nice and clean place,lots of good programs but that receptionist! Can be so rude on phone and in person. Never looks happy doing her job won't even try to go a little further to help someone out. she been there for years but for sure not for her good customer service.

3 people with appointments left waiting for literally more than an hour and no one would answer the phone

Rude with very much attitude and Sass.

La peor recepcionista , tiene años trabajando ahí y no ha mejorado su trato con la gente, nada profecionista, grosera , bulgar, aunque uno se queje , no la corren. Atencion a la directora del centro .
