I have ordered from this merchant for the past decade and up to the past 3 years their service was very good. I have had issues with my last 3 orders and was never able to get a response via email, phone or even when I disputed a charge via paypal because of missing CDs in my order.

They have a great selection of rarities for bargain prices but you never known if you will get your complete order or broken CDs due to bad packaging. Hopefully they will step up their game soon because I am buying from other stores nowadays even if their prices are slightly higher.

Order an Escape the Fate CD. They contacted me, told me that it was in stock, and charged my card. They then emailed me a tracking number that stated the package was never dropped off to USPS. The tracking number never updated, and the CD never arrived. I attempted to email them three times, and call them, but they never answered. I then tried to email the owner, he never responded either.

Avoid this seller! Never shipped order. Poor communication. Had to file a formal claim to get a refund. Surprised they're still in business.
