Great experience here!!! Thanks to Marcelo who helped me looking at three cars and finally got the pick! They do have some extra fees but they are all reasonable and negotiate. The cars are clean and works well. Highly recommend!

Got my Cadillac finally …my experience was short and sweet from the first phone call and the follow up calls. This car was as good as the photos, it’s a used car so I couldn’t expect the brand dealership upkeep of a 2023 but I was pleased it was perfect and just what my husband and I was looking for….our credit was challenged a little mines more so than my husbands but I am grateful the sales lady Alicia along with the other sales guy Scott and the lady that first called me Nicki I think she is the office coordinator they assistant me in through the process as I was a family member. We are so pleased and happy with our car and such a friendly upbeat experience with Legacy Auto that we plan to buy a second car next year and let everyone know about our experience. Please, if you have a income but may feel that you can’t get into a car…contact this place first, the entire atmosphere that these people have and even the manger came out and of course our dream car was an experience of a life time …thank u guys see u next year.

Super easy experience. Justin was very patient with me and walked me through everything. Didnt take all day to get my dream car. They even made sure my omma and I were comfortable and offered us water. I bought a 2015 Rogue and i have never had such an easy and honest experience buying a car. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car thats good quality and worth the money and wait to come here. They dont add any ridiculous fees or hide anything from yoh. Legacy Auto Group is the best car dealership i went to ten other dealers looking for a pre owned Infiniti and they vehicles were all overpriced and not in very good shape. Until i went to Legacy Auto Group. I dealt with Scott who had the car pulled up and ready for me to drive. I love the car and had to have it and Scott made sure i got it. It was the best 21st birthday present I could ask for! They even helped me get a great insurance policy! Shoutout to Scott, Shane, and Mike for hooking me up! These people are amazing! From the owner Adrian to my favorite salesman Larry, they were fantastic. From the beginning of the process til the end they took great care of me and my little sister. I’ve bought over 15 cars in my life both from dealers and private parties. This is the first dealer I would ever consider having some loyalty to. I noticed they had tons of 5 star reviews. I wasn’t sure what a car dealer could really do to make that happen, but I can tell you that the people here do everything they can to earn that rating. I bought a 2021 Tesla model 3 from them and couldn’t be happier. Here’s a few things they did to earn my 5 star review:
- Great price on car
- No surprises or up charges
- There was a miscommunication on my trade in so I ended up keeping the car. But I didn’t want to drive back and forth with my wife in tow given that I decided to keep my old car rather than trade it in. I live 50 miles away. They sold me the Tesla and had my old car delivered to me the next day exactly as promised so I wouldn’t have to come back for it.
- Provided the CARFAX. They seem to be selling quality cars at good prices.
- There was an issue with the trunk. They waited on hold with Tesla service department for almost an hour to confirm that it would be covered u set warranty.
- There was only one key as the woman who sold dealer the car had forgotten to bring the second one and had mailed it to them. Well, the dealer not only sent me the key to my home address when they received it, but they even followed up with a phone call to make sure I received it.
- They clearly took care of all the paperwork quickly. I received my license plate within 2 weeks of purchase. (My wife bought a used Tesla from a big GM dealer 9 months ago and they messed everything up. Took 6 months to receive the plates).

If you’re considering buying a car here and are happy with the price, you’ll probably be happy with them as a dealer.
