I paid $200 up front as they asked early April. They said they would deliver the tax forms soon before I pay another $200 and file. I didn’t trust them so I filed myself with TurboTax.

I wanted to compare their forms with mine, so after 6 months with no update from, I asked them what’s going on. They raised the fee to $600. I pulled out, and they threatened to disclose my information if I didn’t continue with them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

If I can rate this business a 0 stars, I would. My family has been working with him for years and countless times he has refused to act with professionalism and attended to our needs.

We recently hired him to help out with our taxes for another family member. His communication has been terrible and does not answer nor reply to our texts or calls. It's been weeks now and we have no idea of our current status on this project. This will be the last time we do business with him.

Worst CPA ever. Not responsive and doesn't complete his job. The worst part is he is dishonest, he gets commission for selling IRA which is the main reason he accepts your business, he tricks seniors into signing annuity contract when they cannot withdraw money even when they are at the retirement age. This guy Robert Yang is a SCUMBAG who has no moral.
