The owner accidentally shrank and damaged an expensive comforter that had been imported from Japan. When I went to pick it up, the owner immediately owned up to the mistake and apologized profusely. Furthermore, he fully refunded my money for that and one other item that was not damaged at all, and even went so far as to drive all the way to Koreatown so he could replace the comforter with a comparable comforter imported from Korea. We all make mistakes, but it is how we deal with them that defines our character. The family that owns this business showed their honest and sincere character in this episode and deepened my respect for them in the process. A community is made up of people, and I feel fortunate to have the owners of Sharon’s dry cleaners in ours. I will continue to support their business so they can remain an integral part of our community. I hope you do too. Especially because they are great dry cleaners apart from being people of high character.

WORST CLEANERS IN SOUTHBAY. I am relatively new to the SB area in Torrance. I took my shirts to be laundry cleaned at this cleaners and it was the worst mistake ever. Prior to handing my clothes to the owner I inspected each article of clothing and identified any stains. The owner witnessed this. When I picked up my shirts. The owner quickly wanted me to pay but I inspect all clothes from the cleaners. I soon discovered an issue with my dress shirt. The owner and her husband was quick to say it was due to my SWEAT GLANDS. I told them I don't sweat especially during the fall/winter weather here and I wear under shirts. Then he was quick to blame me on putting an oil on my shirt. I stated this was caused by your shop as I inspected all my clothes prior to handing them over. The wife/owner just smiled and said PAY. I wonder if I had been a Caucasian male or female had the outcome been different. It's SAD that they were quick to say it's my fault rather than say they would try to get it out as other PROFESSIONAL cleaners might have done. Not in this case. These days BUSINESSES ARE QUICK to earn a buck. Well the BUCK stops here. I will not be returning to this cleaners EVER again. And I advise everyone else to do the same. Seems like I should have read past reviews before bringing my business to this place.

When I brought my skirt, I asked if they could fix it, to which the man told me yes. He charged me $7 for it. As you can see, the work was done terribly, nothing was fixed, no one apologized to me and no one returned my money for it. The service is terrible, I do not advise you to bring your clothes to this dry cleaner, instead of high-quality work you will get a damaged thing and they will charge you more money for it. It is better to contact a professional, but do not carry your things here.

Will not be returning because - they refused to serve me. Lol I've come maybe 2-3x and it's been okay. Last time I had a winter puffer coat and it still had some visible black stains so I pointed it out. They cleaned it again and sure enough the stains came out. This is nothing new. I've been to other dry cleaners before and once in a while a redo is necessary. Not a big a deal right? Nope, very wrong. I took the same coat in and the guys asks for my name and legit looks at his computer and says - Uh yeah, this coat was a problem last time. We had to redo and you wanted absolutely no stains or every stain gone - something to that effect. (Um, isn’t that what I’m paying for?) And he legit says - we have the right to refuse service, sorry. Excuse you?? You're upset because a customer called you out and heaven forbid you have a redo? As soon as I tried to talk and reason, he raised his voice and got very rude. There are tons of dry cleaners elsewhere so no biggie but pretty hilarious. Also noticed all the high reviews are over 2-5 years old. Doubt I'm the first customer they did this to.

As soon as I picked up my comforter took it home put it on my bed now Im getting flea bite on my face! I have no dogs nor cats at home. I have never had a flea, bug, tick bite ever in my home until I brought this blanket home. Disgusting.
