Esteban and team, were very nice. Came into our home, assessed the concerns we had. Gave options and suggestions and we took them. We were very appreciative of the work they did.

My parents were having a backup. I called two different companies before calling A-1 Total Service Plumbing. The first one was one that I used all the time that promised they'd show up the next morning that stood us up, and the second one didn't have any availability for a few days. When I reached out to A-1 they were available the same day and was able to diagnose the issue right away.

I was provided with detailed photos, and made it accessible for me to see in real time. Though the work ended up being major plumbing and expensive, I felt very confident that the work wasn't overpriced. The Plumbers' recommendations didn't sound like he was trying to gouge us.

My parents ended up having to replace the entire sewage system since they lived there for over 50 years and never having it updated. Then later found that the water heater needed to be replaced due to a botched job previously done.

The plus, after all was finished they ended up having a garbage disposal blockage, which they took care of days later, at no cost.

I would definitely recommend this company because they have integrity and experience. So happy I went with them.

What a wonderful company to learn about. My water heater expansion tank sprang a leak on the weekend. I started asking friends and doing internet searches for anyone who could come to my rescue but it was already late in the day. The soonest I could find was A1 who could come the following morning. (Thank you Nicki for encouraging me to book with you at the time I was franticly hunting).

Everyone I communicated with from the dispatchers to my technician was kind, friendly, quick and knowledgeable. The next morning my dispatcher Nelson confirmed with me and asked me to send a few photos of the issue. Not too long after that my technician Jackie arrived, diagnosed the issue and gave me a reasonable quote for the work. Within a few hours everything was taken care of. Happy to put A1 Total Service Plumbing in my contacts for my future plumbing needs.

A1 send staff that was able to handle /solve the problem appropriately ,and since we been using them from the past 3-4 years, they were able to pinpoint the issues of my drain that’s clogging in every now and then. The sectional pipe that connects kitchen and sewerage was clogged with hardened greese , the pipe was changed ( as seen on the photo)

A-1 total service plumbing was so great! I originally called another plumber, but they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my bathroom tub being plugged. When John and Eric came to my house John ran the snake and knew something was wrong other than the plug. Long story short he knew what he was doing and fixed everything. He showed us what to do if this happens again and he was nice and very Informative. I am so glad I chose A-1 Total Service plumbing. Also, the pricing is right and reasonable. tl;dr— I 1000% recommend this company.

My engagement ring fell down a bathtub drain last night. In a panic, I searched for plumbers nearby and stumbled upon A-1. Given this happened on the 7th floor of an apartment complex, my dispatcher Nelson assured me this would be no easy feat. I could potentially have to incur the expenses to cut into (& repair) the ceiling of the unit below plus get approvals from the complex to do the necessary work. All for the unlikely *possibility* that the ring might still be there. Nelson dispatched plumbers to assess the situation first thing the following morning.

Our plumbers, Esteban and Cristian, worked relentlessly against several obstacles attempting to locate and retrieve the ring. After about an hour of fishing for it, they successfully retrieved it and we all deeply sighed in relief (I almost passed out lol).

I am incredibly grateful for the entire team’s compassion, professionalism, and dedication to getting my engagement ring back against all odds. Thank you Nelson, Cristian, and Esteban for hanging onto the slightest glimmer of hope.🙏🏾

My fiancee accidentally drop her engagement ring to the bathtub drainer. We called A-1 Total Service Plumbing to see if they could help us. Their customer service was amazing. Dispatcher Nelson was really kind and patient over the phone and run various scenario cases in order to provide us the best solution. They sent us two professional plumbers, Esteban and Cristian. These guys are true professional. They were able to get the ring back from the drainer which was about 2 feet deep at the 7th floor of the building. It was such a great moment to witness them coming up with several kinds of technique to make sure we get the ring safe and sound. I am grateful for their flawless service! A-1 plumbing is awesome! Melvin made time to come out the same day I called when roots had over grown my exit pipe and caused a spill in my yard. He provided reliable and personable service at very reasonable prices. I will absolutely call them the next time I need help And would definitely recommend.

Esteban was excellent! He came out to do a water heater inspection and was able to fix all the issues within a couple of hours. He and his colleague (whose name I can’t remember) were professional, polite, and I felt that the pricing was fair. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing repairs in the future.

Esteban Gutierrez and his crew were on time, prep work was done exceptionally well. My family was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently the job was done. There professionalism was outstanding. They worked long hours after troubleshooting a plumbing issue, and still managed to Do the job in one day and restore the water back to the family in one day my family was impressed that they saw a hard diligent, working exceptional pride in the workers. Estevan was always quick. Patient took his time explaining every time there was a question from the family members about what was Going on. You don’t often see such focus people on the job there was no slacking there was no joking around. There was no people on their phones. A-1 Total Service plumbing did a good job, very knowledgeable & reasonable. They came within the time that was quicker than expected. Considering my apartment complex property management has no consideration for all the tenants & the sense of urgency.

Jose and Chris were great. They helped evaluate the issue and gave us their recommendation. We ended up needing a new water heater and they were able to install it that day and even stayed late in to the evening to make sure it was all set up. Appreciate the service!

We reached out to A1 early Monday morning after being notified that we had a gas leak by SoCal . I reached out to a few different outfits, but the A1 team was the only one to respond within 30 minutes and schedule a technician to assess and diagnose the leaks. Esteban and his team Arrive promptly at 10 AM. Put the system under pressure and were able to identify three leaking joints. They were transparent during the entire process, notifying us of the repairs and recommendations. Along the way at they identified a leaking copper line and p trap, which we elected to repair at the same time. They were able to gather parts and complete the work before the kids got home. Excellent job and highly recommend this team!

Esteban & his team were professional, informative, effecient, timely, respectful and clean during our whole house replumb. Additionally, when we called then back twice for minor adjustments, they responded immediately. Esteban's consideration made the process more bearable. Jose I. And Chris M. did a great job with our new toilet install. They came by Monday for a free quote and even offered to take pictures at Home Depot for new toilet options since we decided to just replace the old one.
Few days later, they both came back for the install.
Both were courteous and professional.
