We cannot tell you how much we appreciate their patience honestly. When we finally decided to go through with purchasing a home, they. showed. up. Above and beyond.

Where can I start with Melissa…. Ok I guess I can start by saying there’s no one who will work harder on your sale than this lady… she’s amazing at what she does. She’s a hard worker and she will keep you informed all the way throughout your journey. Emails and txt and conversations will be constantly flowing and her professionalism is outstanding. Add all of that and then here’s the best part she has and amazing personality and kindness to her that is rare to find these days. You won’t regret trusting her with your business. Absolutely, hands down, the best real estate agent we have every worked with over the last 45 years. This was a complex transaction for a remote rental property (we are in Florida and the property in California). Not only were there tenant issues to deal with but also the extra work of a 1031 Exchange. Melissa handled all, and I mean ALL, our needs over the course of the three months it took to sell the home to the right buyer. Her experience was advantages and her ability to manage a lot of complex issues simultaneously was critical. Within two weeks of working with her we had complete trust in her insights and her abilities to be our "boots on the ground" in California and our advocate for managing the sale. If I could give six stars, I would.

AMAZING! Melissa and Julio are awesome. We are so glad we found them for our first home buying experience. We had so many questions and they were patient with us to answer all of our questions and delve deeper into the "why" of certain things. THEY ARE QUICK! With the market being so hot in California, Melissa was quick to reach out to sellers, do research on the area, make a viewing appointment, and put in a reasonable offer. She was mindful of our concerns on properties and our budget and we were able to get into our first home below asking price! We are most thankful for them during the escrow process by defining terms, timeliness, and all around communication. We felt like she had our back through the entire process and calmed all of our nerves. TEN out of TEN would recommend and do again!

Melissa has assisted me twice finding me tenants for a rental property. She is so fast, responsive and professional. She might be part human, part machine, she would just answer back with updates at times you least expect it. Like do you even sleep?

I struggled to find a real estate agent that really understood my needs until I called Melissa. When I first spoke with her over the phone, I instantly got her positive attitude, drive, and passion in wanting to help me and expressed a genuine interest in wanting to know more about my needs. Thanks to her we were able to save thousands on the home loan and lock in a competitive low interest rate (which will translate to even more savings over time 😊).

When we submitted our offer to the home that we knew was the right fit for us, I was a nervous wreck. Working with Melissa made our process of refinancing very smooth. Given that it can be a complicated process, Melissa was present every step of the way. She did an amazing job at explaining to us everything in detail and validating our concerns.
