Just went on Thursday night with my friend, we waited 3 hours on the waiting area then he took our papers then we go home , then last night he asked me to pay over the phone for his service??? then all he does in my tax is all errors and false information, he just put whatever information he just put without asking me and I told him to itemized my expenses since I have 1099 he didn’t do it . He just put information that false. Don’t come in this office save your time and money and stress .Ramsey guy has no clue . He put false information in my account it ridiculous

THEY ARE LITERALLY CRACKHEADS. DO NOT COME HERE!! There’s literally bottles of alcohol everywhere in the office it’s unprofessional. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. The guy Ramsey is a sloppy messy loser. Service is non-existent. Office is a mess. Never got my tax refund. Go somewhere else!

DO NOT do your taxes with these people! Very unethical! If I could give them 0 stars I would. They never sent my file to the IRS. It has been 6 months and still nothing. They don’t answer your calls or emails. I finally got a hold of Ramsey the owner and he was so unprofessional and wasn’t willing to help me. I paid to have him do my taxes and send it electronically to the IRS. Still waiting for him to send in my taxes to the IRS. I know of other people who used this company and have had the same result. They have had to repay to have their taxes done by someone else.

When I called or made an appointment in the beginning Sandy was always available. I paid Sandy $350.00 to have Ramsey prepare my taxes. Sandy also asked me for a $500.00 deposit that would go towards other tax work I needed. The tax expenses that Ramsey prepared were all falsified. I couldn’t use it! I’ve made appointments with Sandy, but she was a no show. I’ve called & texted to make an appointment, but she is always too busy. I just kept getting the run around from Sandy. Now she tells me that she no longer works for the company & I need to talk to Ramsey the owner. I call R.E.M. & leave messages. No one calls me back. I look on line & their business says temporarily closed. If you use this company don’t say I didn’t warn you. I spent $850.00 with this company & literally got nothing in return!

Trash trash company. I been trying to get in touch with them and no one answer even though said open. I have not receive my tax return. I'm 1000%sure they did not submit my application. I need the owner of this trashy company to contact me ASAP. Also my brother has not received his return.

At first I loved coming to this place I even convince my wife into coming here but after my 3rd time not getting my refund until the following year RME came to a stop. Just trying to get hold of anyone there is like trying to call the IRS your self very poor customer service no one picks up the phone no response to any emails or text messages that they provide you with looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere 👎🏻👎🏻 good luck to you new comers

Very unprofessional. Waste of my time

Did my taxes here for the past 4 years and found out he’s been keeping 1,000 + for the past 3 years instead of charging me $100 to do my taxes not only that but 2022 I didn’t receive my tax return at all when I contacted him which is RARE he was no help very unprofessional I’m actually in the process of getting a lawyer….pls save yourself the stress and headache and do not go here

I've been calling for 2 months already haven't received my taxes left messages the company on the website says they're open when you call or go down there they're closed never again will I go there it's August and I still haven't received my taxes did my taxes on March

My dad did his taxes here and just barely got his taxes from this guy and the only reason why is because my dad went into his office and had him do his taxes again because the irs said they were done incorrectly! Horrible service!

Had an 11 o clock appointment and waited 2 hours for Ramsey , he never showed I end up doing my taxes with someone else from the office , if your thinking about doing your taxes with them save your time and just go somewhere else these people are nothing special, the guy ahead of me was here since 9:30 waiting for Ramsey also
