BB Auto Tech Repair

I have my tacoma 2019, and a ligth comes , and I was worried about it ,and he just put the obd and clear all the codes ,and just like that he fixed it.

I been bringing my Ford Explorer to Travis since 2020 ,and he has always provided awesome customer service to me. He is very welcoming and friendly! So far I had only been visiting him for my full synthetic oil change ,until yesterday that I noticed my passenger rear tire was losing air. I gave him a call in the afternoon, and told him my concern, and he told me to bring it in. He took the time check all my tires and told me I had a nail deep in there and my thread was to the end on my other tire. He gave me his recommendation of buying 2 brand new tires and that he would rotate my 2other ones. He gave me a great price! He placed the order and told me he would text me the next day to let me know when they arrive. He texts me a picture of my new tires and told me to bring in my car! I dropped it off, while his guys were working on it,he was giving me updates and sending me pictures of how the tires were looking:) I was so happy he took care of this in a short time plus he also did my oil change, and even when I left he took the time to text me to ask how the car was feeling! Thank you Travis and your guys for making sure my car was riding smooth again! You are my mechanic for life!

Took my car in to get my belt replaced because my car was squeaking like crazy and to get my radiator replaced because it was leaking all over the place. Travis took a look at my engine compartment and noticed right away all the problems that I was having. He gave me a complete breakdown of the cost for each part and labor for each part which I think is a plus. His pricing is very reasonable. I went online and priced all the parts and they all matched up to what Travis was selling them to me for. Travis and his team did a great job in fixing my problems. Travis constantly keep me updated with text messages and photos. They even fixed a few things on my car that I did not ask for free of charge. I highly recommend BB auto Tech!! Honestly Reliable and Respectful!!

VERY HAPPY with the work done here. I had a lot of parts to replace - nearly my entire right suspension. It only took a day to do all of this work. Travis and his team looked over the car to show me what was old and then what had to be changed out. Plus, after a good once over, he found one more wheel issue and quickly fixed it. I'm so happy with their work and their kindness to talk me through everything and to show me. Highly recommend!!

I don't have enough space to describe the wonderful and satisfying experience I received from BB Auto Tech Repair. I was referred to his shop by America's Tire, so I've never heard from this place.
What a blessing this is. I am so immensely grateful to Mr. Travis for his honesty, integrity and generosity.
Not only did he lend me a vehicle, which he took the time to drop it at my office, while he was able to run diagnostics on the lemon car I ended up with, (no charge) invested his valuable time giving me an itemized list of needed repairs, (no charge)
He sent his employee to pick up his vehicle, brought mine back, (30 miles away) still at no charge, AND he also advised me to NOT spend ANY money on the vehicle, which would come close to 2,000.
Who does that?
A VERY HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY PERSON WHO IS CERTAINLY WORTH 10 TIMES HIS WEIGHT IN GOLD.
Any other person would have easily taken advantage of my situation, and NEVER decline a paying job neither be so generous with their time.
Now I am a loyal customer for SURE, and whenever I need service for a vehicle, I know where me, my associates, and my friends will go to.

Travis is amazing! He cares about his customers. He puts himself in consumer position to think effective ways to solve problems with less cost. I got engine error light on and he told me it may be air/ fuel imbalance. After further inspection, he used the injection cleaner to help me clean injector. He was detail oriented and help me to solve the problem.

I don’t really know about car but I trust him.
I came here got my colleague’s recommendation and now I become the loyal one. He is knowledgeable and patient to me who do not really know car. He explained til I understand. Thank you, BB auto!

Travis helped me out. I was stuck in Bell Gardens on my birthday with a busted radiator and 20 hours away from home. Not only did Travis hook me up with amazingly fast service, he was so very kind, gave me an incredibly fair price under what I was expecting, and let me hang out in the lobby to wait. Same day. He even got me a birthday lunch. I'm from Texas, but I can't imagine that level of hospitality in the South. I was so impressed and surprised and he really helped me when I was stuck.

There aren’t enough words to describe the care, diligence, and persistence that Travis and his team provided me with. My beautiful ‘91 E250 (the RAP-VAN) was having electrical issues getting the alternator to charge the battery. When everything seemed to be failing, they figured it out and solved it. I have a 2005 Ford Excursion and it had an electric problem, other shops reject my car because it was too old but this guys took the job and fix it. It took them a little while to find the problem but they fix it. they also have reasonable and affordable prices.
