THIS IS NOT BLUESHIELD ! I’m about to SUE for fraud! They assured me it was blue shield!! It’s some merit insurance I have never heard of !I payed 350 and asked for a refund they said 5-7 days but as soon as i don’t get that refund I’m sueing

I called in at around 4 PM asked for a health quote and a service representative picked up after he got my family birthdays, then placed me on hold them a woman picked up asked some more qualifying questions such as income level. Leading me to think what and when I may get my simple quote. This place is so unprofessional. I won't call again.
