Orchid Cleaners & Laundry

We've been taking our drycleaning and dress shirts & slacks laundry to Orchid or over 20 years. They've always been reliable, trustworthy with our clothes and reasonably priced. The couple that owns it now are hard workers and always very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them!

I have been going to Orchid Cleaners for some years now and they have been great…always cheerful, helpful and have gone out their way to get those unwanted stains out of my clothes. I truly appreciate their effort and will be continuing my business with them for an even longer time.

I was visiting family here and needed some clothes cleaned. The owner/managers were so welcoming and warm. I dropped off some shirts for my husband and some dry cleaning items for myself. They went ahead and fixed some of the buttons that were broken on my husbands shirt (didn't mention a thing when we dropped off) and all my clothes were looking extra vibrant. Even though we don't live in the area, we'll be returning whenever we come to visit and need dry cleaning done.

I wish I took pictures but I had this huge dirt stain on my pants. I tried to get it out myself but nothing worked. I took them here and the lady said they would do their best but there's no guarantee. Which I interpreted as wasted money. I was definitely wrong because they totally removed the dirt stain! Even the lady was surprised.

Customer service was fine, environment was predictable, parking not too bad.

great service and good prices. until last time when it cost $40 for 14 shirts. was told at pickup that certain shirts were hand press only. would have liked to know up front at drop off. would have ironed myself for $3 a shirt.

I had been going to this dry cleaner for years. Never had a problem. Thought their prices were high but, I travel a lot and have no time shopping for dry cleaners. They burned the collar of my red dress shirt and refused to admit it and completely discarded me. I was so infuriated I left and went to Foasbergs down the street. Their pride got in the way of nearly $1500 in business per year because they chose to handle it the way they did. I will never go back. They won the argument over of $5 transaction and lost $1500 per year.

They safety-pinned my very heavy Carolina Herrera skirt to a regular hanger rather than use a clip hanger or the hanging loops inside the skirt, what dry cleaner does that?? Now I have unsightly holes in the waist. Their prices have also gotten ridiculous, never going back.
