I called to get an estimate, they gave me an appointment to come in, Will checked and found the problem. My car is running better than ever. Thank you Will I feel safe to drive my car again. I will be coming back for my tune up.

My car rotters and brakes were damaged and needed for repair. I brought it in same day and he had it done in a couple hours run smoothly. I definitely would be back and recommend.

Outstanding Customer Service: He was upfront and honest about what services he could provide me. He made it known what his specialties were, but he wasn't afraid to try and tackle problems outside of his expertise (unlike some shops where they would hide this knowledge from the customer). Down to earth and friendly.

Fair Pricing: Standing side by side with the more mainstream Auto Repair Services, it's almost laughable how much they charge compared to Will.

Flexible Schedule: I called Will, and in the next half hour, my car was in his shop being worked. Unlike some shops with long lead times, 2 weeks in advance appointments only. (Looking at you, dealership service centers)

All in all, great experience I would recommend it to anyone looking to repair an issue before going anywhere else.

I've had my car because you're in a half and it's been trouble-free. So when I needed to find I mechanic I went to the only place that I had ever been which is why tire place, downtown tire. They told me to go to Will's Auto Repair. I could not be happier with the service. They were amazing and stop everything to look at my car. You can tell he knows a lot about what he's doing and he is very very honest. I highly recommendtaking your car here especially if you live in the arts district of Los Angeles.

A perfect little downtown auto repair shop! Will is always friendly and professional, and often fixes little things here and there at no extra charge. A guy you can really trust with your car maintenance. And if you need to wait, Urth Caffe is just a couple blocks away.

I've taken my Jeep to Will several times now and would drive across town to continue doing so. He's extremely knowledgable and skilled and once fixed what even a Jeep specialist could not. He's also very honest and will tell you if don't need something or are better off going to a specialist (transmission in my case). He'll even call around to try to get intel if he can't help. Very fair prices. There's a reason he has all 5 stars. If you have any issues, start here.

Will's Auto Repair provides excellent customer service and it's the place for your auto repair needs. The prices are reasonable and the location is minutes from Downtown LA. Yesterday, I took my vehicle there to get my A/C fixed. I was greeted by the owner, Will who is very cordial, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. He took his time in explaining to me what parts and components are needed in order to repair the A/C unit in my car. It was fixed and now I can enjoy nice cold air in my car. Thanks to Will. Easy 5 stars. I own a newer BMW and one of the coolant pipes was leaking. Will helped me out big time. He went out of his way to order OEM parts and had my car ready to go within 24hrs. Will saved my engine. His service was awesome. Shop is run by him and his family and they are all wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone. I know Mercedes & BMW owners may have some anxiety about taking to a shop outside of the dealership but I trusted Will and I will certainly go back to him again.

Will is an awesome guy. I got such a good deal from him to change my rotors and brake pads. He helped me check some random noise coming out of my car without charging me anything, and saved me from spending on unnecessary repairs. Highly recommended!!

My experience with Will's Auto Repair was incredible. I had hit a piece of metal on the freeway a few days before, and my engine was not staying cool. My car is pretty old and has been through a lot, so I was bracing myself for the big decision on whether to pay for another big repair or start the costly process of finding a new vehicle.

Will gave me such an amazing deal on replacing my radiator and AC compressor that my decision was a no-brainer- not to mention he got it done for me same day. He kept me updated through every step of the process. He also showed me everything that needed repair before, and everything that he replaced after. I couldn't ask for anything more from an auto repair shop. I never really write reviews, but I had to in this case because my experience was so good. Definitely recommend!

great spot! got my brakes & rotors replaced on super short notice, & they threw in an oil change at cost. fast, efficient, communicative, and they showed me the parts they replaced to confirm they needed replacing. will definitely come back again

If you’re are ever in a need of a good auto repair shop Will’s Auto Repair is the place to go. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone. I took my 2104 Jeep Grand Cherokee to get serviced today and I was extremely satisfied. First of all I brought it in at 8:30am and needed to get a check engine light diagnose and a couple of maintenance items that were due and Will nd Maribel handled it it no time. I got a call back within 1 hour with an estimate and diagnosis on the car and it seemed reasonable price and authorized the repairs and by 3:30 my car was all done all the maintenance took en care of and check engine light. I will definitely take the drive from Culver City to Bring my car to Will! He’s extremely honest and he’s great at what he does!! And it’s extremely convenient if you work in downtown you can drop off in the morning and pick up after work !! Go to Wills Auto for your car troubles you won’t be disappointed.

Will is extremely knowledgeable on all cars. Fair prices, fast turn around. Has worked on my 88 bronco and my 18 golf R400 never had any issues. Would highly recommend.

Will's shop is a small garage and easy to miss but worth the visit. Amazing customer service and overall service. Will, the owner, called me with a quote before doing anything and then was super fast. Upon pick-up he explained to me what he did and showed me the old parts and pictures he took. I would highly reccomend his services.

My Mini Cooper was acting weird, breaking down and turning off unexpectedly and Will offered the most affordable quote to check its system. He checked the car and clearly explained the possible problems and suggested a solution. I left my car there and when I picked up the next day it was perfect again. I am very satisfied with the service, will certainly recommend and come back.

Great place. My car was repair while i was at work down the street and was done before lunch. I had shock suspension problem in my rear tire with a oil change and tune up. Very good price. My car is back to normal. Run great. He was nice and explain and show me my problem . So I'm make him my only mechanic.

Honest team, timely service. They show you exactly what they fixed at the end and you can ask them any questions so you understand what was wrong.
