Was a pleasant experience. Incredibly a fast turnaround;getting our vehicle repair. It was a stress free experience giving all the feedback we received about expectations on turnaround time and the whole process. Nothing that we were told was what happened it was the opposite fast, efficient, honest and most of all excellent customer service.

I've been a New Century BMW customer for years and the guys there always take great care of my cars and my wallet. No other paint and body shop delivers the same consistently high level of quality that NCBMW Collision Center provides. They have color matching down to a science. Ed and his team took care of my leased 2013 750Li and got it looking showroom fresh after a rock truck pelted the front bumper, hood and windshield full of chips and dings.

Had NCBMW fix the rear bumper of our Mini. We didn't go through insurance. Prices were very reasonable and turn around was fast. Had the car back in 3 days and it looked like brand new.

I had a my BMW repaired at the New Century BMW Certified Collision Repair Center and it was a wonderful experience. The repair work was done professionally and promptly. Upon completion of the repairs, my car looked virtually brand new with no evidence of prior damage. My advisor, William Dominguez, was professional in his communications and worked seamlessly with my insurance company to ensure my claim was processed without my need to intervene.

Because this collision center is a factory BMW authorized repair facility, I would expect the repairs to be performed at the highest levels of quality and worksmanship and the New Century BMW Collision Center delivered on that expectation.

The BMW Collision Center in conjunction with the New Century BMW dealer did an amazing job. Jay was very detailed and knowledgeable in the work that was performed. When I called to ask for an update of my repair status of my vehicle he knew exactly what was being done to my vehicle. Initially, I was concern about the length of time they kept my vehicle, but I’m glad they did a thorough job, rather than rush through it because my vehicle looks like when I first bought it. Wonderful service! William did everything right and was extremely professional from start to finish. Took the car in for some body work due to an minor accident, they accidentally vacuumed up my wedding band that was inside the cup holder. Their whole team including George (manager) helped look through every vacuums and eventually found it! They definitely deliver the service the way how it should be at every body shops. The work on my car was came out flawless. Very happy. I can’t thank them enough. Thank you so much, guys! God bless you all and stay safe.

I've been a New Century BMW Certified Collision Repair Center customer for over ten years. They have handled all of my BMW repairs professionally and courteously from the start. The staff is friendly and accommodating, taking care of insurance claims seamlessly, often going above and beyond the call of duty while taking care of my car and ensuring I am happy with the quality of service provided. I would recommend them to any BMW car owner; if you love your car, if you value quality workmanship, if you appreciate good service--this is the place.

My i3 was inoperable after it was t-boned by another car, and I wanted a BMW Dealer (New Century BMW ) to do the repairs over the list of repair shops recommended by my insurance company. I did not buy my i3 from New Century or use them before, but they were the closest dealer when I needed to tow my car. They were very professional & communicative, and helped with a couple issues I had with the insurance company and payment that they didn’t have to do, but so that I didn’t have to do myself. The repairs look perfect, as they should. A bonus when I picked up my i3 was that it was freshly washed & vacuumed with new car scent, it was like driving home from the car wash.

I am a return customer! They had repaired my X3 back in 2017. No complaints, came out like new! This time, I had to bring in my X5. The took care o f the front passenger and rear /right passenger side. Again, exceeded my expectations! They even gifted me touch up paint, since I asked about touch up paint (for the future), returned all parts to me that had been removed, and left my car immaculate.! They even went ahead and fixed a knob in the interior that came off (wasn't part of the accident). These guys are great! Speak to Will for all your needs!

I had taken my car to another dealership to have them fix the convertible top. The car sat there for three weeks and they told me they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. They said they needed to see a new car to compare. Well I pulled it out after three weeks and took it to New Century BMW who was recommended by someone who works in an independent BMW dealership in Pasadena. New Century performed the diagnostic tests that afternoon. The next day I had a full video report of the problems and was fixed for a third of the price that I was quoted from the other car dealership. Will only deal with New Century in the future

New Century Collision did an amazing job repairing my BMW i3 which was sideswiped passenger side rim to rim. My car looks better than brand new! They handled the other insured's insurance and I didn't have to worry about anything. They were professional, friendly and courteous! If I ever need any body work done they are definitely my first choice!

New Century BMW Certified Collision Repair Center is AMAZING! I had my motorcycle fairings repaired and repainted at this location and the work is superb. They know they're stuff! Jorge and his team did an awesome job of body work repair and paint matching for my damaged E46 M3. Additionally, he kept me notified throughout the process and communicated the progress better than my insurance company. I’m hoping I won’t need to bring my car back for service anytime soon, but if I need anything painted/worked on, I’ll take it to Jorge and his team.
