For there customer service, I would say it’s one of the best because they are very nice and they are very patient. Also there prices are very reasonable and affordable. Whether you're a fan of classic flavors or daring to try something new, The Michoacana never disappoints. A visit here is like stepping into a world of frozen delights, where each spoonful is a journey of pure bliss. I really recommend this place to anybody who seeks a small desert or is feeling hungry and wants something delicious.

Ice cream was delicious, I really loved the coffee paleta (gave me the energy for the day too!). All of the people who work there are very friendly and patient, they let me take my time and would check on me if I thought of what I would like. I also loved the aguas frescas there, they were so delicious (especially the agua de frutas) they were refreshing. Most of the workers are ladies, so it was a comfortable environment. I would recommend this place 100%! Especially if you want to take your kids for a treat and for any kids that come out of school.

Lovely place!

I loved everything about this shop, not only is everyone friendly here but they are very patient. I recommend 100% the workers here are hard workers and the owners are very nice and friendly. The food is wonderful and the perfect place to come when you’re craving a snack😋. Este lugar es muy bueno, y tienen muchas cosas que vender. Los trabajadores son muy amables y tienen bien energía. La comida esta deliciosa y la gente de aquí es muy amable. Yo recomendó que vengan a este lugar cuando se le de el antojo de algo😍.

Pésimo servicio al cliente llegué con mi esposa y mi bebé a las 8:30pm y la persona no me quería vender un biónico porque según ella cerraba a las 9:00 pm y ya tenía la fruta guardada, luego de que por fin me lo vendió, no me dejó sentarme en la mesas según ella que porque ya las había limpiado y cerraba a las 9pm

Pésimo servicio al cliente, muy bonito el lugar pero es desagradable la atención que prestan y no cierran a las 9:00 pm si no a las 8:50pm
