So far so good! Just dropped my car off at their LAX location. Great customer service.

You park, go inside and to all to the staff member, they give you a receipt, they take your car keys and they'll move your vehicle into a parking covered structure, and you are done.

I like that their shuttle is an actual bus, not a van like some others that I have been.

Very professional staff, I'll update in a few days when we come back.

I’ve been parking at Fox Auto Park for years!! They are my “go to” parking when I travel. I have never had an issue with them, ever! They are reasonably priced and my car is always ready to go when I pick it up. They will even wash your car for a small fee. The shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful!! And the staff are all really friendly even when I’m getting in really late. I highly recommend Fox Auto Park.Stanley was amazing!

I was looking for a place to park near LAX that wouldn't break the bank. It's these guys. Under ten bucks a day.

Dropped off my car, checked in, I was at the airport in 10 minutes.

On the way back, got my luggage, texted them, caught the shuttle.

My car was waiting for me.

We’ve used Fox auto parks in LA for the last couple years and We’ve never been disappointed. The drivers are super helpful and the price is very fair for the LA area. We’ve done anywhere from three days to two weeks. Never had a problem with price or service. Highly recommend .

Have been using their long term parking services for many years now & I think it’s time to leave a review. Our flights are usually early morning so we usually drop off the car before 6am. Attendants are always polite, professional and helpful. Online booking is always the best way to go to expedite the process in the morning. We never had to wait long for shuttle services to & from airport. Text services is convenient when needing to notify attendants of our arrival. We recommend and will continue to use their services in the future.

Second time using their parking and it’s been great both times. Will continue to park here. Their rates can’t compare to nearby parking garages. Superb customer service. Stanley was amazing.

Basically a good price and no issues. Drop off and transportation to the airport was quick. Waiting for a shuttle on return was about 10 minutes at a time when the airport had a lot of traffic. Had to wait about 10 minutes to check out but that was simply because a lot of other people arrived at the same time. The car was ready to go just outside of the.lobby. We have used Fox about three times in the ladt last 1.5 years and have been very satisfied with the price and service!

Fox Auto Parks is great! The prices are low and there is always a free shuttle ready to go within a few minutes of arriving! Stanley has always been a pleasure to interact with and is always very friendly! 😊

I was cutting it very close when I returned at midnight as last shuttle was at 12:30am and the lot closed at 1 am. I had my text all lined up to send as soon as I collected luggage which was taking a long time to hit the conveyor belt. I got my luggage at 12:31am and immediately fired off the text and headed for the purple sign. While waiting I received a call from Fox asking exactly where I was waiting. I was so relieved at that gesture. Back at the parking lot the service was impeccable. Great customer service! I gladly left tips especially as I was spared having to sleep on the airport until the lot reopened at 4 a.m.

Used them for the first time for parking and shuttle to LAX. best parking experience we’ve had for LAX. only waited 2 min for a shuttle out and 7 min for shuttle back from the airport (they say average is 15-20). Was really reasonable - $55 for keeping our car there for 3 days including valet. Would use again.

Convenient parking lot. Good pricing. Shuttle drivers are not as frequent as hoped and it can take 20+ minutes or longer if they miss picking you up in the airport arrival area. Sometimes, they can drive too fast. they are really under pressure. But everybody at Fox Parking is very friendly and helpful. I always tip shuttle and front counter. It is probably ownership that does not staff at level needed.

Everyone was super friendly, both the desk staff and drivers. When I dropped off the shuttle driver saw me and waited to make sure I got on before he drove off. Pick up went smoothly as well, waited no more than 15 minutes and the driver was funny, friendly and helpful. Car was ready at checkout since I texted my return ticket number after retrieving my bags. Great value for the price.

Booked parking at the last minute on our day of deaprture after Uber wasn't available. Pricing was good, I found a coupon to apply and service was good. Pick up & drop off vans run regulary and we only waited about 15 minutes for pick up after we returned & our car was ready and waiting for us. Stanley at the counter was courteous and helpful.

Very happy with our experience. Got right on shuttle to airport, told exactly where we should meet the shuttle upon return before we left the lot. Everyone very courteous and helpful!! Upon return didn’t wait more than 5 minutes and shuttle picked us up! When we checked out with Stanley, it was great to have his smiling face on a long day of travel and our car valeted to us was an added plus!! Very happy with service!!

Always use it to leave our car when we go on vacation. They have a shuttle to drop you off at the airport, same shuttle picks you up at the airport in the rental car section. You just need to let them know when you will be back so they can pull your car out to the front and have it ready by the time you get back to their location.

Another great and effortless stay with the Fox Parking lot. Dropping off was an ease. We've parked our vehicles here so many times and they're always quick at the counter. We never have to worry about getting delayed to the airport. Same with picking up. We came in to claim our car with a big group of other patrons. It was the last pick up of the night, after midnight, and yet, when we got there, our car was pulled out and ready for us to hop in after we paid. Gulfrey helped us check out at the front counter and was so friendly and quick, even at this late hour of the night and dealing with all these customers. That's something I really appreciated because obviously, we've had a long day and night of traveling and we're tired too and so ready to get home. Gulfrey made it so effortless for us and I believe he was actually the person who helped us when we dropped off our vehicle as well. A big thanks to all the staff for their efforts that night!

I have used these place few times over the years & my go to place to park when I fly out of LAX. Great Value for the service & very responsive.

We have used this place over 10 times. Look you want VIP perfect shuttle services go to TheParkingSpot and go ahead and pay double . Fox is affordable but know it’s not perfect and that’s okay cars have always came back just fine I’ve always been picked up and taken via shuttle no issues .. are the shuttles fast or frequent no but I know that going in and it’s been just fine
