Lee's Discount Drugs

I’ve been coming here for 5 years now (for medicine and for shots) and they’ve always treated me well. Very friendly staff. I tried going to other pharmacies but you just can’t beat Lees pharmacy’s prices so I keep coming back here. Their prices are much much lower than other pharmacies. The pharmacists working are very thorough when explaining the meds and answers all the million questions I have. They are soooo patient with me even with my ridiculous questions. Especially Dr. John, he is literally the best. A big added plus is that they have super quick service! My doctor calls in my meds and they have it ready for pick up by the time I get there, saving me lots of time!

Def recommend this pharmacy, does not disappoint.

Great service with nice staff, lots of products (especially covid-related products!!), knowledgeable and helpful pharmacist, thorough and easy to understand explanation of medications, and extremely quick.

한남체인 들르는길에 이부프로펜 플루약 사러 갔는데 CVS 보다 가격이 많이 저렴해서 놀랬고 Convinent parking & location Koreatown pharmacy to stop by before / after grocery shopping at Hannam Market (한남체인 Hannam Chain Market). 30% cheaper price than CVS for the ibuprofen (Advil multi-symptom Cold & Flu ). Lots of vitamins & Korean medicines and health supplements, also have diabetes medicine section.

とても丁寧な対応で、薬の使用方法の説明も丁寧にしてくれて分かりやすかった。待ち時間が短いのでおすすめ。クレジットカードはVISAとmaster Card利用可能。

Kinda like a family run pharmacy. I always wondered how they stayed in business but it's because they treat their customers well and that goes a long way.

really unprofessional

I visited the pharmacy for my shingles vaccine and waited 30 minutes before getting the injection. Since they appeared to be busy, waiting didn't bother me much. However, dealing with the Cashier Lady's annoying customer service was challenging. Her voice was loud, rude, and frustrating in her customer service. Influenced by her behaviour, the atmosphere inside the pharmacy made it difficult for employees and customers to communicate effectively. While I understand that dealing with non-English speakers and elderly individuals who have difficulty understanding can be challenging, she may have chosen the wrong profession if this is her job and she cannot accept it.

The cashier has an angry face and is unkind to older people. I just left because I was annoyed to see her. It takes a long time to handle things.

Go elsewhere.
I don’t think there was single time they had prescription drug available. You won’t be able to get it right away. Waited 30min just to be told they don’t have it in stock. What a waste of time. Unless you’re getting antibiotics or something simple go elsewhere.

Not even worth giving one star. it's really bad. When a customer came in and asked a question, she didn't answer, she just said he was busy and was absurd. Don't waste your time here, just go to another pharmacy. I am so angry that I am writing for the first time.

They won’t tell you if they have medication in stock unless you send the prescription there first! When asked, what if you don’t have it in stock as well? they said, “too bad”
