It is always a treat to watch at this location. I have been coming here since I was in high school with my mom. Good quality and taste does not change. We have not been able to find a place like it anywhere else.

I love their goat birria and menudo, not too fatty and the flavor is at point, not too salty or spicy.

Hands down the best menudo I've tried in LA, small place but their food is tasty 😋 if you want the real taste of menudo de Jalisco, this is your spot!
The only thing is that they run out fast specially on Sundays when 99% of Us Mexicans are crudos, call them ahead and they will put your plate on the side.

The birria is honestly one of the best in town. I eat this on a Sunday when I have the worst hangover and it cures it! I take a nap after and I feel good! The portion of meat is more than enough. I get full with only half of it. The salsa is so delicious and spicy! I definitely recommend this place.

I've been going there to have my Birria with a cerveza Modelo for 22 years and I wouldn't change it for nothing

I've been coming here since age 6, I am now 24 and can say that this is the best birria I've ever had. The staff are and have always been so friendly and the owner has never lost his authenticity. Real True delicious Mexican cuisine

I got the Birria with rice and beans and it was AMAZING! The salsa they give you, although spicy, very good. I got it to go so I can just imagine how it is when you eat it there. One thing to take into consideration, this place is CASH ONLY

I've been coming here since I was a child. So it brings back so many memories. Baldomeros is a great family brunch place to go to after mass or simply to spend time with your family. I go for the memories, but food is great too if you eat meat. No vegan or veggie options just in case you are looking for a place that has options like such.

This place was so good!! How I found was I had saw this birra place in the area but they were closed. So I googled birra de chico near me and bam this place popped up. So delicious and I will be back. Great service too.

I've been going to these little restaurant since a can remember, my parents started going going to Birrieria Baldamero and ever since we've been enjoying this delicious birria every single time we go,my favorite spot without a doubt.

I know everyone's taste is different, and what some like other will not.
This is a very traditional Birrieria, made the old fashioned way, tatemada with the broth added to the oven cooked meat, plain and simple, just add onions, lemon and picante, and start eating accompanied with some tortillas, and you are set.
No fancy stuff, the place is very clean and I know the family is keeping the same way of making it, and I have been going there since 1979, and I have tried many places in East L. A. And they are all good as well, but this one is my favorite of all the ones in L. A. And only one will taste better, but you have to go to Guadalajara or Sahuayo to get one better, but not by much.
So, in resume I like it, very good and will continue to go there as long as I can still go on my own.
Try something new and authentic, I hope you mouth is ready to water up, on some good Birria.

Some of the best Menudo I ever had outside of Mexico

My dad has brought us here since we were kids, best birria I have ever had! They were sold out this Saturday though.

Best birria ever, we drive 20 miles to get this birria. My family has been going there since before I was born & it has always been so good.

I love this place, taste of Mexico; I've tried it all: the birria, the barbecue, the burritos, the tacos and everything is very delicious. They are also very attentive and something that I really like is that the place is very clean. I recommend it a lot.

The best birria in the world. I've been coming here since 1981. The owner and his employees are wonderful people. Too bad they don't have one in O.C.
