i had my daughter call me very upset after going here with her friend on thursday in hopes of finding a prom dress just to let me know how rude they were to her. she tried on two dresses which were the same style just in different colors. one lavender and the other red. she seemed to really love the red one but never once agreed on buying it (nor did the seller even tell her the price beforehand which is a bigger problem) and the bigger lady with dark hair marked the dress to where it would be hemmed. once she said “okay you can take pictures it’s yours now” my daughter and her friend looked at each other in confusion as SHE NEVER AGREED ON BUYING. she then got upset at my daughter FOR HER OWN MISTAKE after my daughter told her she wasn’t making any final decisions while she rolled her eyes. do not come here if you want to find good customer service.

Horrible place to buy a dress. The quality is not very good they make it heavy to seem legit but the material is not good at all. They steal designs from people, and they relabel some dresses so they can put their own prices. A friend saw the dress we were getting and said she saw the same one in downtown la fashion district! I understand they want to make money but not off of unsuspecting customers. Plus they lie about availability for occasions so that they can scam you into paying a higher
Price then out of nowhere they can make it available just in time. Lol this boutique is a joke please be wise when searching for a good dress, especially for these prices you better off going somewhere else and paying a lil more to get a better dress. They aren’t very nice, really snobby attitudes and soon as a customer comes in they forget they are helping you. So be wise when considering this place. There are plenty other boutiques and places to shop this is a no for us.

Start price is $350 and up, Just by looking at the reviews and how the owner responds to the low rated customers just goes to show they aren’t professionals at running a business. $350 for a dress that is the same material just cut in different styles and comes in different colors? Where’s the value in that, and where is the variety? Owners and employees are definitely snotty, stuck up and rude. Very entitled and not welcoming at all. Definitely better off going to another boutique that starts off lower and have better variety in fabric material/colors.

This place has beautiful dresses and styles, but unfortunately the owner makes it very difficult to want to purchase anything from her. From the moment you walk in, her attitude is unwelcoming, rude, and unprofessional. It's the only business I've been to where the OWNER tells me that if I dislike something I can just go shop somewhere else. I truly hope they read this message and learn that if you want to have a business in retail, you must know how to treat customers.

We went in on Saturday to look for Prom dresses. My daughter tried on 4 but the young girl kept bringing her a bunch of dresses. Which is fine. She was very attentive to us UNTIL I said she wants to shop around (as ANY RIGHTFUL PERSON SHOULD BEFORE MAKING A DECISION). Soon as we said that she basically brushed us off and gave us the feel of, "yup get out"!

However, the other two women in there seemed to be a bit calmer and nicer. They told us it would take 6wks and they can make ANY DRESS IN 6 WKS.

Came in today around 4:45pm (they close at 6), the heavier set chick who I thought was a bit nicer had a complete attitude and was very rude. My daughter wanted to try on 4 new dresses they had displayed which weren't there on Saturday and she said, "oh we only do 3 dresses". I said, "well Saturday she said 4?" Her response: "you already tried on 4, and you didn't like those?" (With a whole attitude). Then proceeded to say, "Well we are about to close and I am leaving soon". Again it had to be around 5 at this point.

The point is it's not always what you say, it's how it's being g delivered! If you do t care to make another $400, cool! However, when folks are coming in there to spend their hard earn money respect that! Me grabbing my girls and telling g my daughter I ain't spending a dime in here let's go. Meant I didn't wanna engage in that type of engery!

After reading all these reviews maybe yall need to take up a course on CUSTOMER SERVICE!

By the way! When responding to reviews that complain about an attitude or being g rude, maybe don't respond with a whole attitude. 🤦🏽‍♀ out here proving points

Worst experience ever, waste of your time. Most unprofessional place I've ever been. OK I see here that the girl did not put the whold story so here it goes yes I did go to your store looking for the color gold so the man that you have working in the store show me the only supposedly "gold color you had that day....!!! and he said that was the color gold that you guys carry paid 350 for the dress and yes I did go back bc the dress had 3 different holes yes my 350 dollar dress had 3 holes so yes I took it back it turn out that I gave you my recipe back that said Color GOLD so I ask you hey is this the only gold color you carry you said no that's mustard!!! you blame!! me for choosing the dress... when I wannet a color gold!!! dress and then you said that it was my fault and that the man that help me Was Color Blind and yes I did end up changing the dress but you still charge me to fix it cut and you wannet me to paid for my dress to have a zipper !!!! I spend more then 400 dollars and you want to argue no way yes your dresses are nice but you guys customer service is terrible and you need to stop being in that computer for so long typing your life away and take anger classes and customer service to.... And I still have the recipe so I could just upload the picture...your recipe has the truth so unprofessional!!!

A complete nightmare, would probably be the best way to describe my experience. When I first came in I was helped by Liz and she was great. I placed an order for my wedding dress, and my niece and sister were also placing and order for their bridal party dresses. Liz gave us a set price, set a date for me to come back for measurements, and only took my nieces order and said my sister could come back later since they were busy.

My wedding was June 23rd of this year. In early May since I had not heard from them about my first fitting I called and no one answered, so I messaged them on Instagram. Whoever replied said to come back the first week of June since they were busy with prom. I reminded them that my Wedding was June 23rd and I needed the dress a week before that and they said that was still plenty of time.

I came in the first Friday of June and Gaby was there to help me. She had the worst attitude and customer service when I told her I was there for my fitting, she said she didn't know what I was talking about. She then said "oh, yeah the wedding dress." and pulled out a "dress" this was pieces of material semi put together, with a horrible mesh, not even halfway done, and the wrong lace. I told her that was not my dress and she said that was the dress they had. I again told her that was not the dress I ordered and she said that's all they had, to try it on. I told her I didn't want to try on a dress that was not the dress I ordered and wasn't even half way done. She insisted for me to try it on for size while she figured out what was going on. She said Liz no longer worked there and since I wasn't her client then she didn't know what was going on. When I tried on the dress it wouldn't even go up my arms. She just insisted I wasn't her client and she could see what they could do to fix it. She told me to text Liz and that she would help me out. I asked her why she would have me reach out to a former employee if she no longer worked there, she said it's okay she will help you out.

We then, stupidly, still placed an order for my sisters dress, because they were late giving us that dress as well. Gaby gave us a much higher price than what was given to us prior and when we told her to please honor the price given to us, she said there was a reason Liz was no longer working there and that's the price she was giving us. Later that night she posted on Instagram a meme about customers asking small businesses to waive taxes and I knew that was directed at our request to keep the lower price that was originally offered. Very unprofessional I would say.

So I did text Liz she responded and said she would make sure my dress would be ready on time. She said I could expect to come in my fitting with the dress almost ready either Friday or Saturday of the next week. She later confirmed that Saturday evening I would be able to come in. I waited outside in my car half an hour before the time she told me, and when I walked in she looked at me and said, I'm sorry I don't have your dress. So, two weeks before my wedding I don't have a dress. Thank God they gave me my deposit back, and Thank God I was able to find a dress somewhere else in time for my wedding.

So my advise for anyone trying to shop here. Don't.

Never coming here....my mom was ready to purchase a dress.....money wasn't an issue and the girl in the cashier was so rude......never again. She made my mom feel like these dresses were to much for her.....if I could give them no stars I would.
