Ken Pharmacy

This is the best Pharmacy I have ever been to. They don’t treat you like a number Ken and his staff take time to get to know you talk to you answer any questions you need and these days that really goes along way thank you Kens Pharmacy and keep up the great work.

I used to go to the big box pharmacy and I was just a number. Customer service was always bad. Now that I’m with Ken’s, I get awesome customer service. Ken goes above and beyond for his customers. 5/5 best pharmacy in the area!

I have been a customer of Ken's for years now. Was so tired of how the mainstream pharmacies was treating me and so glad that I found him just across the street. He CARES about your health!

Nicest people around. Ken and Brenda are best. They take the time and help me with all my questions. My prescriptions are always ready on time.

I used a major retail pharmacy for many years. I've now transferred all my pharmaceutical needs to this wonderful "family pharmacy". They deliver too. Ken is a wonderful, professional and compassionate doctor. Thanks Ken

I still feel Ken's Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in San Bernardino County. Not only is everyone professional and knowledgeable, but they're also kind, friendly and caring. Dealing with chronic illnesses is difficult at best. Ken, his wife and Pharmacy technician make it a bit more tolerable.

Best pharmacist AND vaccinator I have ever encountered.
Pain free and quickest vaccine you’ll ever get. Ken is so kind and friendly, I wish I knew him earlier…but I’m so glad my friend discovered him and introduced our whole family to this little gem of a place!

Ken & staff are always so helpful!!! They provide excellent service & always go above & beyond to ensure all patients are taking care of.

Ken has been our pharmacist for many years. I'm so pleased with Ken that we followed him to his opening of 'Kens Pharmacy' in Upland. It's the cleanest, cutest little shop with odds and ends to purchase as well. We always feel very welcome and taken care of every time we stop by. Ken will take his time with you for consultations and the friendly "hello". Best little place in town. Ken will always be our pharmacist.

I took my 23 month toddler there for a covid vaccine. They were super nice and friendly! And he gave the shot extremely fast, I didn't even notice and it was over.

Ken is the nicest pharmacist ive ever had he always handles any problem i might have and his associate is very sweet and very helpful they both make for a very relaxed enviroment and friendly attitude from Kens pharmacy i definently recommend them, they actually know your name when u come in its not like CVS or RITE-AID where they treat me like im just another patient sometimes giving me problems with my refills when there is no problem! Ill never leave Kens pharmacy! Thank u Ken for making the dreaded pharmacy visit into a pleasingly happy no stress visit unlike so many other pharmacies!! 5 Stars!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They did what major places couldn’t or didn’t want to help a cancer survivor why I left , cvs, Costco, both are horrible ! Very glad my Dr found Ken’s !

Late post lol Ken's pharmacy is my favorite pharmacy. I had moved away about 40-ish minutes and I still prefer to make the drive to Ken's. I enjoy the conversations with the staff and the words of wisdom from ken lol especially kens college tips lol thank you

I love ken and his pharmacy. Luckily, I found this place, and have been going ever since! He always meets you with a smile and strives to take care of your every need. Love this place

I've been dealing with allot this past yr with neck injury and foot surgery and Ken has been the best pharmacist in town and he is allot nicer than going to these chain drugstores wal-greens,ride aid, CVS (who sucks the worst)etc..... who charge you before they even give you the prescription and then argue with you that it's not even authorised so with that said i will NEVER be going back to admit if these chains as Ken is the only one who will handle all my medication from now till he can't anymore you the best Ken😁
