JOSE LUNA an insurance agent of AGA, had cancelled my medicare advantage plan without my consent nor knowledge and enrolled me with a company I've never heard of- Alignment-. He was calling me when I turned 65, told him I had a plan already. I learned this when I picked up my medication at WMart Pharmacy and was told that I did not have Humana- insurance; he had stolen my identity in order to make commission enrroling me in a different plan. Thank God I reported him to Medicare and to the Department of Insurance of California; they reversed what he had done! Be aware of Medicare agents like JOSE LUNA.
