The cleaning service is really good and fast. They als give fee clean for military uniform. It's the store will go again.

Been using for about 5 years. My laundered shirts last longer now, likely due to the fact that they don't use harsh chemicals. There is no residual "smell" in my shirts. Very happy. Great service.

Leticia is such a great person. she was the first one to explain things to me (about prices and discounts) that no one else did in the past 8 years. Very sweet and caring employee. Thank you !

I get my dry cleaning done at Kona on a regular basis. They do a great job and have quick turn around. Recently when I went to pick up my dry cleaning, it came to my attention the coupon discount had not been applied. The gal on site said she would let her boss know, and something would be worked out. Within an hour, I received a call apologizing for the inconvenience and a credit was put on my account for the discount that should have been applied to my cleaning. Wonderful wonderful service.!

First of all i went to a seamstress who good ratings in Fullerton and i felt that the ratings were high the women knew what she was doing hemming my jeans up. When i picked my jeans boy was i shocked to see my jeans were not hemmed correctly and one leg was shorter then the other leg. I showed her the mistake she had done, and it couldn't be correct for she cut to much fabric off and i was out of two pairs of jeans and my money
I had clothes that needed to be hemmed and i looked up reviews and Kona cleaners had great reviews for there dry cleaning and a seamstress that knew how to measure the pants, and hemmed them where both legs were the same. Amen for finding this cleaner and this great seamstress who knows what she's doing. Thank You for i now have a place to go to for my clothes to be fixed.

My daughter’s beloved stuffy had definitely seen better days. Kona was able to sew up a few holes and clean it up like new! They charged a very reasonable rate and it was ready quickly. I loved their email and text messages! Will definitely use them again.

Update: They reached out to me and made everything right.

I waited 15 minutes to drop off my clothes. Sign says in by 9 out by 5. So assuming it would be 2 days since I dropped off after 9. Not true, it took 3 days, 4 if you include Saturday. They are also very expensive. I was told I would get a notification when my clothes were ready and I didn't. I would shop around for a cleaners that cleans in house and doesn't send them out to another facility.

I gave a white jacket for dry cleaning and they cleaned it so well that it looks brand new. This time around I was really happy with quality of work. I would for sure use the service again. The turn around time was just a day as well.

I go to the Brea location. And there is a new employee there named Christine or Kristin I think. The first time I've been greeted with genuine enthusiasm and someone willing to be helpful at this location. I always come in with big orders. My average dry cleaning bill is about $150 for about 25 items. For the first time ever this new employee actually helped me back to my car with my clothes... That has NEVER happened and it was truly amazing.

First time using their service. Brought in 5 dress shirts for laundry and pressing. Shirts were ready the next day. Very pleased with their service. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely use again.

I came in to have my Bridesmaids dress hemmed at the Brea cleaners. The wedding is less than two weeks away. The girl in the front was very friendly and so was the seamstress. They gave me a reasonable price and pressed it for me too. It was ready in five days versus the seven days that i was quoted. The dress looks great and very satisfied.

I dropped off some clothes at Kona and had them cleaned. I was so happy that they brought my sweater back to life! Excellent service and super fast! I love this place! Thanks for cleaning my clothes!

Kona is consistently high quality and courteous. Not that close to home but have been with them for about 7 years because they are reliable. My clothes always look great!

I had a very great first time experience. I went here after I saw the good reviews. I was pleased with the customer service, unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the person upfront but she works in the evening at this location and she was so polite, helpful, informative and accommodating to our needs and time. It was a fast and easy visit both pick up and drop off! Will be back here again!!

Excellent dry cleaning services. One day turnaround and their bar code system makes it extremely convenient to drop off and to pay. They are super friendly and provide excellent value.

I love this place! Been coming for years since it was rose cleaners. Loving the new management. Same great care with my clothes but now with upgraded technology advancements. I love getting emails when my clothes are ready instead of having to call. Talin and Josselin are always super helpful and quick getting everything done. Definitely loyal to this place even tho it's a little out the way. You should make it your place too!

I needed next day cleaning and heard about Kona. Not only did they clean in one day, but they finished earlier than expected, gave me options to make payments easier and faster in the future and told me about free delivery services; all done with courtesy and a smile. I will definitely be using Kona in the future.

I went to take a few items to be cleaned and asked if they were able to do a quick alteration, the seamstress was very busy but said she would be able to do it. I was very grateful because we needed it to attend a funeral. I am very appreciative.

I was running late and was worried I wouldn’t be able to pickup my husband’s shirts before they close. I called Kona and the lady with my caller ID was able to check the account, pulled up my order and charged my card on file and she was willing to wait for me if I arrived late.
I arrived just on time but all my load was ready for me to grab and go.

We purchased a bed comforter that needed the wrinkles steamed out. They did a beautiful job. The service was excellent. We will use Kona again.
