I really never take the time for reviews but this warrants one. Short version she wanted to charge me 330 for my taxes, my wife’s were exactly the same as mine and she charged her 225 dollars which is still high for basic taxes. When I requested my W-2 back as she had the original she refused to and said not until I pay her. I’ve never dealt with anything like this before. She didn’t fight to get my more money back, she didn’t ask relevant questions like if I was a renter(as you do qualify for a renters tax credit), she didn’t ask me about any expenses regarding my schooling. I will never go back here and I don’t recommend anyone does. The one star rating I had to give is honestly too much. Fortunately I was able to get another copy of my W2 from my employer because she refused to give it back to me (also I hadn’t signed any papers or made any commitments, yet she still demanded payment that was more than 100 dollars more than my wife’s for the same standard taxes) NOPE NEVER AGAIN
