Went for my booster shot. Rene was so polite and patient at the pharmacy counter, and Kelly was an amazing vaccinator. Kelly was very skilled, made me feel at ease, and went above and beyond with positivity. And they give you a coupon for the store at the end. Would be my top choice to get vaccinated again.

I have had nothing but great experience with the Savon at Albertson’s On Hillhurst in Los Feliz. They are constantly busy but they are always polite and helpful. Great job!

Staff seems to rotate too often for the customer service to be very good. I’ve often been given the wrong information and wait times can be bad.

The customer service here was terrible, they wouldn't honor the coupon that placed on the shelf and when we asked them for assistance they gave us such a nasty look. The supervisor I believe, shushed me while disregarding any concern or question I had

Reading reviews, I see others complain of rude service. Worse since Vons took over. Using this pharmacy many years, I'm done. My prescription plan, I pay the same co pay everywhere. Susan Wong, It's time to retire. And HQ you can't reach them to complain.

If you can avoid this place do it. The staff can be friendly and helpful, however some are pharmacists are nicer than others and all of them seem always to be so overworked they have no time to deal with issues and problems. Can’t tell you how many times they’ve told me I should call my doctor back and get things straightened out. Shouldn’t I be on the payroll if I’m going to do the work? Also, beware, they will leave unanswered Rx request to your doctor’s office sitting on the computer ‘til you come back to find nothing has happened to fill your request. What a mess.

This place is one of the worst pharmacies I have been to. They have a promotion to transfer Rx, but they will complicate things for you so that you cannot get the promotion of what they are advertising. Bottom line, I have work insurance and I informed them that the other pharmacy (which is coincidentally lacks customer service also - RiteAid in Hollywood) already have my health insurance updated and that I no longer have governmental sponsored program. They would not believe and I had to go through so many ways to get this straightened out. Very tedious and painstakingly difficult task. You can keep your incentives for the difficulty you have me do!

If it were possible to give this pharmacy zero stars I would. Every time I call them to see if a prescription is ready I'm told it has no refills, they have nothing on file, etc etc. of course checking then with the doctor myself, I find all of this to be false. Find any other place in Los Feliz to get your scripts filled or just use Capsule and put these people out of business entirely

This pharmacy is obviously understaffed. The workload on the pharmacist is outrageous. I’m sure this is why when I handed over my three scripts (one of them being an antibiotic that needed to be started immediately,) without even looking at them she tells me I’ll have to wait until tomorrow. I let her know they’re urgent medications and she tells me they don’t have them. ?????? I’d waited 30 minutes. Not helpful & not caring.

Ever since the merger with Safeway, Sav-on cannot seem to get my prescriptions on automatic refill the way they used to be. I have asked them and reminded them several times about it, and each time they say they will look into it and yet nothing changes. On occasion I have waited right to the end to see if they will handle it, and they haven't, with the result that they haven't even had the ability to refill my prescription from inventory on hand so I had to wait past the refill date to get it filled. I recently told them I would be switching to another pharmacy and still nothing changed. It's completely obvious that they just don't care. As it turns out, I will be switching anyway as of 1/1/18 because of a change in Medicare prescription plans. Good riddance is all I can say.

Unable to assist customers. Unfriendly no matter how friendly I try to be. Will not answer the phone. Unwilling to answer questions that are pertinent to the medication. I understand that they might be understaffed, yet why so rude? Is it not a Pharmacy?

I just came in to get my script and the tech was rude and told me she didn’t have anything in the system. I know the doc had sent it in two hours prior, so I thought it was weird — so I gave my dr a call and sure enough, it was sent. Tech didn’t bother to notice it was sent in electronically. Then she (very) rudely in her tone tells me it isn’t ready (duh) and that it won’t be ready for 30 mins. I say great - I’ll see you in about 30! I’m on my way home and get a phone call from her telling me they don’t have it in stock and it won’t be ready until Monday (today is Friday). It’s urgent I start the medication today, so I mention this and she tells me “Sorry”. I ask if there’s a different pharmacy I can get it from and she tells me she doesn’t know. So then I have to probe her further and say “so.... what? Do I just need to call around different pharmacies to see if they carry this? Or what? Or do you do that? Or do I need to call my provider back? What is the next step?” She then says “yeah, you can give other pharmacies a call to see...”

Uh. Ok?

So I call Costco, they are FLABBERGASTED that I am personally calling and that it should have been them who called around to locate the script since they couldn’t fill it.

I’ll be calling back and asking to speak to a supervisor. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it’s no reason to not show customer care and do your job. I live practically next door to this pharmacy and will not be returning.

Not very helpful staff, not thorough, I would recommend going somewhere else if your life depends on you getting your prescription.
