The Camp Transformation Center - Torrance

The camp is the best choice I made. I dropped the weight I needed to get my self back on track. I now watch my food and work out daily. It was something that the camp helped push me to do. I always put it off by saying "next monday.." you know the phrase.. the moment u start noticing the weight dropping and the muscles toning you know the camp works. You must go 5 out of the 6days it's open and trust me there were times I did doubles everyday. The classes are fun and the trainers are awesome. Beasty Bristy will work you and have u sweating in warmups! Landon will have u correct your form if he sees that u are not doing it properly, and will always make sure u squeeze ur glutes to get a good workout. Javier is another that has me sweating the moment we make moves on the mat. Doing his doubles are made for worriors! And Evans class! The only time I ever wana run away when I hear the song Roxanne lol. Jk I love it!! He picks a workout to do everytime u hear the name Roxanne in the song. So maybe its quick feet until Roxanne is said then u drop for a burpee and repeat throughout the whole song! My goodness he says he name a lot but guess what, I went from not being able to do 2burbees to being able to do the song plus more! I thank the camp for bringing me back to my health and fitness goals! Much love to my girls at the desk and Josh who always greet us by name and take the time to see how we are doing! And Paola thanks for not making the camp just feel like a business plan. Thanks for getting to know us and have conversations with us. That's what makes this place feel like a fam!

Great people, great staff. It's not easy but you feel inspired to push yourself. First week I felt so weak now 3 weeks in I feel energized and much stronger.
