I had a great experience with service. Called in for service, and the serviceman came promptly. Mr. Ronnie (during the writing of this review, come to learn he is the owner himself) evaluated the piping of the main gas line. And projected an action plan to resolve our issue. Service was scheduled the next day once our side was able to confirm the pricing and we called in to accept. Arrived promptly the next day, 2 service men came out. Mr. Ronnie and Mr. Memo. All went according to plan and both servicemen worked promptly and advised us at the front door when the job was done. I went out to check the work done and can confirm it is the work that was advised of. Thank you so much. Great communication and excellent service. Great experience with R.K. Knight plumbing. Memo was very helpful and knowledgeable with the services that were requested. He also went above and beyond to explain other possible services I will need in the near future. Memo was very polite and had great customer service. I felt he was also honest with his answers. Shawn was not sure if the job was going to take all day or not. He was afraid that he would need to break out a portion of the wall. In addition the cabinet refinishers had tossed out a needed part to attach the disposal!! Shawn called the office to see if they had an extra of the missing part, and Mr. Knight brought it over. I call that service!!! Shawn was able to loosen the rusted pipes and in about two hours, I heard the water in the kitchen sink and the disposal running!! I am really grateful to have such a reputable company close by!! Thank you Shawn, and Knight Plumbing!

We've used RK Plumbing twice now and both times they made a big effort to get to us very quickly which was extremely helpful, and both times they were very nice, professional, and accommodating.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Not only are the plumbers, extremely professional they problem solve in a way to maximize the value for the customer. I’d like to say they’re like having a plumber in the family but to be honest, they’re better than my family. I’ve recommended them to several members of my family and friends and everyone has had the same experience on the last big plumbing job at my house. They save me about $5000 by coming up with a solution that I didn’t even think of.

Always have a good experience with RK Knight, and today was no exception. Memo explained everything thoroughly, answered my questions, and was forthright about options and costs. He showed me what he found on camera and explained each problem and how to prevent/repair it. When I need a plumber, I always call RK Knight.

I needed to locate my sewer line connection to the street main. It's an old house on a hill, so not a straight shot. Memo found exactly what I needed. Very knowledgeable! Very reasonable price too.

Memo did a great job at troubleshooting, and identifying our plumbing issues. Everything performed was explained in great detail with full transparency, and urgency. Extremely satisfied with the professionalism, communication, and ability to explain the plumbing issues as well as the operations performed. Also gave great solutions on how to fix the issue long term to avoid these issues in the future.
