Bonita Boutique

We had the most pleasant experience at this dress shop, the owner and his assistant salesperson where very accommodating with our requests, tried a few dresses not allot and purchased two dresses at a great reasonable price and satisfied. I highly recommend this store for all occasions , they are helpful and have a nearby tailor who they work with and can hem your dress in about 2 hours . Please go to this store and you will walk out with a dress or two!!

The day I went dress shopping. The business was actually closed and I had went from Fresno area to Los Angeles a neighboring business I walked in to said oh, she’s closed right now, but I can call her and ask her if she’s going to come in. I let the let them know that I was actually there to purchase a certain dress and the store owner open the store for me and was so helpful.

Excellent customer service, affordable, great selection. They have prom dresses, wedding dresses, quinceañera dresses, etc. Sam is very welcoming. I would shop there again for any event. Highly recommend.

If I could give no stars I would 👎🏻but here’s a thumps down. Beware if you put a deposit on a dress and then you find a different dress elsewhere do not expect to get your deposit back, and they do not state that in their policy. Be cautious when shopping here. The guy in the store was rude and did not let me finish talking.
Keep walking past this boutique there is plenty of boutiques further down.

Horrible, customer service was bad, they will lie to you just to sell their old dresses for high prices and I fell for it the dyke gave me a smaller dress and said it ran big but she just untied the lace up part I didn’t notice until later and couldn’t return, im not the first customer complaining about this but they delete the comments, I wish I went to another store they have better selections next door
