John Alexander is an excellent trainer and fitness coach. He along with the other trainers at Fit Industreez are extremely knowledgeable on weight training, diet, and working through injuries. John has been my personal trainer for years, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. His facility and equipment are top notch, which when paired with the knowledge of the trainers, allows for a personalized fitness plan for each client. Highly Recommended!

He did an in depth analysis of my diet as well as my muscle and joint function before coming up with a customized plan for me.
