The Alfred

Just moved in and am having a great experience so far! I moved into what was previously the showroom. Nick, Victor, and Karis we’re super helpful with the move. In particular, Victor has helped with every maintenance request and even dropped what he was doing on a Saturday night to key us in (got locked out, sorry again Victor).

I'm not sure if I should live here or get married here. The Alfred is so luxurious, it's basically a five-star hotel with apartments. The finishes are all top shelf, the views are killer, and the staff is super attentive. I forgot the man's name who showed us around, but he was so charming, he could sell ice to an Eskimo. I mean, he literally convinced me I need a built-in espresso machine. I don't even drink coffee! The units I saw were huge. I especially liked the top floor one I saw. The apartment was so big, you could fit your entire extended family in it for Thanksgiving dinner.

I made an offer but they wouldn't budge on the price. But hey, if I could afford it, I'm definitely getting married here. I mean, where else can you have your wedding ceremony with this much luxury and opulence. Five stars for sure and not just because of the location.

The moment I arrived all I could say was WOW! The Manager Nick gave me a tour and he was wonderful. This is not your standard West Hollywood residence, it is truly a home. The finishes are unreal and the size of the apartments are very large. The built in espresso machine is enough to make me say yes to the dress! Out of this world place to call home!

LOVE this place! The street is quiet and lovely and yet still so so so close to adorable restaurants and shops, great location. Beautifully finished with spacious, functional layouts. Great natural light in all the units I toured with the manager Nick (who is a peach, what a nice bonus!). Only downside is that it’s out of my current budget but worth it!

It’s not just “location, location, location” with The Alfred- though being off of Melrose Place is about as good as it gets. Private, secure, HUGE apartments with beautiful high end finishes and LA views to die for. We came looking for a place to live, but now our friends are considering The Alfred as a location for an art gallery and jewelry pop up. Staff is great and the Manager who gave us a tour, Nick, is a gem.

- Easy walk to shops/coffee
- Front desk and Nick were super professional
- Safe and secure parking
