OMFG! Jesus at Ashley Furniture was such a great help today!!!! Ive been sleeping on a lifeless mattress that is a super dinosaur with springs stabbing me like shark teeth every night. Jesus made my purchase just a breeze. I was approved for a Cali King memory foam mattress. Jesus walked me through many options and gave me the Ashley experience! I highly recommend their financing and awesome customer service anyone in need a new mattress. I will definitely be back soon! I got my eye on a adjustable base!!!!

Big THANKS to Mr.Juan!!!! Juan gave such care and patience during my visit. Originally I was looking for a dining set for my new apt. Juan was patient and really listened to what I was looking for. I gave me great suggestions and not only was he so great with welcoming and customer service that I ended up also purchasing a sofa with matching chair. Financing was easy and affordable. I gave a reasonable down payment and my monthly payments are $45 a month!!! AMAZING!!! Especially after a big move this is perfect. Definitely recommend Ashley Furniture on Broadway ask for Juan. Btw will be returning soon to purchase a new mattress with electric base. Whoop whoop I can’t wait!

Came into Ashley’s and got what we were looking for. Tim helped us find this beautiful set. He was very patient with us as my husband and I made a decision. He helped us with financing to. We got a bang for our bucks. This is our 2nd purchase at Ashley’s and I don’t regret it.

Wow! Guillermo and Michelle were just amazing! I came in and was instantly greeted at the door by Michelle. She listened to my needs and advised me appropriately. We went through so many options and she remained very patient with me. I found a bed I liked and the process was so easy. She actually was building the order as we walked! I went home and had second thoughts about things and was kind of nervous about changing my order after the hard work Michelle had did for me the day before, but I really wanted to get what I truly wanted. I reached out to her the next day and asked if my order could be updated and she was available and responded right away! I came in and was greeted by Guillermo! I told him my concerns and he was very attentive to my needs. They updated my order without any issues at all and was even able to move up my delivery date for my items!

I was so pleased with this store and the process!
Everybody was nice and really worked on my behalf to get the best option for me. They made it about the customer and my concerns!

I had a great experience at this location. Michelle greeted me and made me feel very comfortable wich made it very easy for me to make a mattress selection. I at least tried 10 mattresses before choosing one. Michelle was very patient and friendly. Thanks.

Great store, lots of options out on display. We came in and John greeted us with a warm welcome at the door. He then presented us with options within our budget. He was very knowledgeable and trusting that we bought some couches for our living room as well when we only came for a dinning room table. Thanks John!

Monaliza helped me in the store. She was very sweet and very helpful. I came in to the store and told her that I had scoliosis, and she had the expertise to ask questions about my scoliosis, and how that would affect me purchasing a couch. She showed me several options and describe how each option could be helpful in a different way when I am sitting on the couch. We walked through scenarios of using the couch so that she can get a better understanding of the features that I would require. To my surprise I purchased a couch and financed it over one year. I was supposed to go to five other stores today but now I have the whole day free because she was very helpful.

John Kim, gave me great service. Got me what I wanted quick and to the point just how I like to do business. I appreciate his knowledge on the things I needed.
