This dentist is dishonest and tricked me into paying for my visit in cash telling me that delta dental sends the check to me and to pay the cash up front and keep the check when I receive it. The lady sunny promised that I would get all of my money back or even more. When I ask why I had to pay and why delta sends the Check to me she said it's what the insurance does for claims in California only. What she didn't tell me is the reason is really because they are not a provider in the delta dental network in which case the insurance pays the patient only a portion what the claim is. Sunny lied to me and because I was in an emergncy situation (cracked tooth) I paid 255 and only received a total 130 back. She was dishonest and lied she knows they are not in the network and failed to disclose tho info. If I had not been in such an emergent situation I would have done more research before going there. No integrity and the dentist and her always bickering back and forth very unprofessional they have outdated equipment and computer programs took 1 hour to start just to get an xray which the dentist couldn't even do by himself
