Justin and his team were excellent in delivering a time-sensitive, difficult and large request. As our team was in a time crunch, I spoke with Justin multiple times on the phone over two days and he tailored to our needs and ensured timely and accurate delivery. The final product was terrific and he was the unsung warrior of our large workshop. Thank you for everything!

Truly nice experience (2/25/21), I really needed help with shipping needs today. I was uncomfortable asking for help however, I needed special attention. The staff (Shannon / Terry) was so kind, courteous, and helpful they took care of me, I felt valued as a customer. Currently we are all being plagued with dramatic conditions of Covid-19. Safety and awareness has been problematic to say the least. Since the pandemic number of infections continue to rise. I sincerely appreciate your precautionary methods and approach to keeping me and you safe. The workers who accept its challenges and continue to thrive under its presence is nothing short of commendable. Everyone at this location is immensely helpful! I never have a long wait in line, they always greet you when you walk in (and a genuine greeting, not the pre-programmed welcome you'd get at, say, a Moe's). Getting packages delivered to my apartment can sometimes be challenge, so having my FedEx deliveries held at this location just make my life easier, and enjoying coming here makes a HUGE difference!! Thank ya'll for everything you do!

I went to this location to print a resume for an upcoming interview. Roxanne right away greeted me with a warm smile and asked how she could help. She showed me all the different types of paper I could print my resume on and even went above and beyond by helping me find a sleeve to put my resume in. She wasn’t trying to make a sale, just genuinely wanted to help. Thanks Roxanne!

Brian S. helped me so much on a crunch deadline when I arrived in town for a conference and needed some emergency replacements for our trade show booth. He was able to get me a foam-core poster + color prints at a really affordable option in less than 24 hours. I can't recommend him and his team enough!
