Everything started off well with allstate, but then after a while they started charging too much. When I tried calling it would go straight to voicemail. So decided to send an email. They responded, asking if I wanted to cancel. I responded back with my policy number, and they never got back to me. They still tried to charge me after letting them know I wanted to cancel.

They are terrible and answering the phone. I called and left 3 voicemails because no one answered. It’s been 3 or 4 months now and no one has called me back still. I would recommend going with a different insurance

I am sorry I dont like to do bad reviews for business but this one was unfortunatly one that I had to send. I have been with Allstate for 2 years and everyone else was so nice. But Nelson was rude and absolutly un-professional. I went to his office and I have never received this kind of service. I dont know how he is running this business. I would not recomend this office. I think JARI should run this place she was really good at it

Never answers phone. Responds to emails days late. Say you don't care about your customers in less actions. Oh but payment reminders and insurance renewal emails? Always on point.

I don't know I was on the phone right now. But the guy is really rude has 0 customer service. I don't know why he even working for Nelson. At the beginning Nelson was really nice. I don't know if he was nice just so I can get a policy with them. Any ways is way to expensive and as soon as I can will cancel my policy with them. Once for how expensive it can and two for how rude the employees are. My advice go somewhere else

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely stupid policies and deliberately upcharge their customers. Horrible I would choose else where.

My insure went up to 198 to 623 that crazy I should change insurance
