I was assisted on the 19th by assistant manager Ozzy & general manager Sarah. Ozzy was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to merchandise on hand, color matching & remained patient. Sarah took over & made some really great suggestions as well! She ended the transaction w a smile & an extremely satisfied customer. Outstanding job, Definitely keep up the team effort!

I've come here probably about 6-5 times only but every time I've gone the staff are always friendly and helpful. Parking isn't too bad since there's a lot behind. Although they don't have a big variety sometimes I've been able to get some GRs that sell out online. Last 3-4 visits Julie has helped me. She's always in good spirits and helpful so I appreciate that a lot. I'll continue to come for that reason. Some of these other shoe stores can have some snobby employees, so thank you 🙏

Very customer oriented service, the staff was polite and understanding despite having to give me a little extra help. During our interaction the staff expressed their willingness to help but also their willingness to keep customers safe by practicing social distancing. Although it’s hard they succeeded in helping me choose a couple of pairs of well fitting shoes while at the same time making me feel at ease during my shopping trip. Great selection of shoes & clothing. They also have a great clearance section, great prices.......one thing missing though.....even though I'm giving 5 stars, the customer service lacks in a pretty big way. Let's get it together Shoe Palace, love you guys!!
