I’ve observed this establishment diligently working towards improving their customer satisfaction and quality of work. The owner is charismatic and charming and it’s clear to me that he deeply cares about his customers. The results speak for themself.

I had a very important interview but didn’t have a clean suit and shirt for it. I needed a cleaners with quick turnaround and high quality of work. Speedy cleaners provided all this and more, considering how competitive the prices are. You can’t beat it!

I don't know why this person can't even smile. I brought her back the hangers that came from previous cleaning services. I also brought her business...I had 10 pcs of suit jackets for dry clean and I had to literally go thru all my purse pockets and my car to complete the cash amount to pay for the service. It's 2020, we're in California and they only accept cash or check payment!!!

This facility has a strict “printed coupon” policy only. Totally weird. Price is acceptable. Same as other cleaners. No need to go out of your way to patronize this.

Called several times with no answer and they didn't return calls. Comforter had several spots on it after cleaning. Brought it back next day. Sign on door shows open at 7

Horrible customer service do not waste your time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to put at least one star to add this post so I did that but they don't even deserve that one star.... I asked the representative how much for a men's suit he said it depends on the Garment the coat maybe more. .. I went to my car to bring in the suit I placed it on the counter and I asked him how much for the suit. Mind you no one else is in the store at the time but he asked me to wait as he finished itemizing and printing information..He then looked at my suit and say $2 for the jacket $2 for the pants... no pleasantries more so he acted as if I was bothering him and he was annoyed I was in the store. I took my clothing and walked out he lost out on business because I had a ton of clothes to clean and I just thought this store would be very convent being close to my house. I went back to my original cleaners a little out the way but gives quality service.. Express Cleaners LAKEWOOD AND ALONDRA

i just called and got an attitude! i wanted to know how much to just press my pants and shirt "he" said "its the same price!" like i know the pricing as their website says nothing on pricing! so i had to call, glad i didn't waste my time! if this guy is just a worker they need to replace him asap! your losing bussiness.

Brought Santa suit in to be dry cleaned. went back to pick it up and all the white was pink. Complained and they said that they will send it back out and get it fixed. days later went back to get suit it was still pink. Sent it out third time now been 2 weeks and they sent a picture to me and it was not fixed was told by Laura that i would get a refund because of problem went to pick up pink and red suit and was told that i was not going to get a refund as promised. And now they tell me i am stuck with this suit. Well may they all get coal for Christmas. Not so jolly Santa.

Picked up my clothes ready then tell me sorry no debit cards allowed
