Really nice staff, I walked in On Tuesday and they were able to make an appointment for me The very next day.

My sister recommended them to me a few months back but Im glad I finally made an appointment to come in. The staff was warm and welcoming. I received an amazing deep cleaning by Gemma, who was gentle and comforting. The Doctor was professional and spoke perfect spanish. Thanks to Moshe and Mari for walking me through the process. I highly recommend them.

Honestly, I thought I was in another country got me in on short notice staff and Dr. was super attentive friendly, and professional no overbooked long wait time you feel like part of the family best dental experience ever.

I went in looking for good customer service and Upon arrival I was welcomed by Mary. She helped me find out what my insurance would cover with a root canal and crown and on top of that gave me a discount to what I had to pay out of pocket. I was referred to this dental office and I am extremely happy. Staff is awesome and office manager Maricruz was amazing, they are experienced and professional. The Dentist was great had 3 fillings and cleaning done on the same day. Painless and quick, never thought I would say this but I am excited to go back lol. THANK YOU PACIFIC CHOICE DENTAL.

dentist” came in asked me how long ago my crown fell I told him about a week and a half. He grabbed the crown and just put it in my mouth without even bothering to rinse it knowing I was at big risk for infection because of my pregnancy. After he put it in and took it out a couple of times he went and asked his manager for advice (what kind of “licensed dentist”does that. When he came back with the manager? The manager was explaining to me as in why the dentist could not place my crown back in. I then asked the dentist if I was at risk for catching an infection and he responded with “certainly “ I told him then why he did not rinse or wash my crown before putting it back in my mouth after it had been in my car exposed for two weeks and his response was “I did not cement it back” it does not matter. Mind you he was fully aware I was 12 weeks pregnant and I was at higher risk for infection. This is really gross and it really shows how unsanitary this place is. I would not recommend what so ever.

Called to make an appointment for a check up and person who answered the phone was rude. Kept cutting me off. Ended up not making the appointment.

This place is garbage, outdated. Needs DEEP-CLEANING. Front office old lady very rude. Lady got mad over billing questions I had. Minimal work was done to me. Don’t know if Dentist is aware of how business is run. Went to different dentist office and told me I was in need of deep cleaning as a result of prior dentist doing minimal work.
