Smoking Tiger Coffee & Bread

Chill vibe and one of the best croissants I’ve ever had. It was also huge. It was labeled as guava marscapone but I’m sure there was also strawberry on top. Soooooo good. I tried their signature Tiger Latte - I didn’t expect it to be iced but I was not disappointed. This was perfect. The baristas were very nice and came over to show me around since it was my first time. Seems like a nice, quiet, and well lit spot to get some work done if you need.

Plenty of seating, great drinks, and a variety of pastries with clearly labeled allergens. I was able to get a Jeju Matcha latte with plant-based milk and a vegan Mochi Pie pastry.

I recently visited Smoking Tiger Bakery and was impressed by both their space and their baked goods. The bakery itself has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with a rustic decor that gave it a charming and unique feel. The staff was very helpful in finding the right choices for my friends.
The baked goods were absolutely delicious, I particularly enjoyed the croissants, the bread and the cake. They were fresh, flaky, and had a perfect balance of sweetness.
The only downside to my experience was that I left wanting more! I'll definitely be back soon to try more of their treats.

The drinks are a bit different than your standard Starbucks which is nice. They also have tasty, yet pricey, breads and pastries.

The girls who work there are hot, so that's nice.

I recommend try the mugwort drink.

First time and this place went above my expectations. I had a croissant at another cafe and it just wasn’t crispy or flakey at all. I swing by here and these things are huge and the trays are small.

It’s kind of a good thing because if the tray was bigger I’d walk out with the whole stock.

Ordered two croissants and both were great. If I lived nearby I’d come every day.

We also tried two of the mochi and they were soft and really tasty. They serve non caffeine drinks and have alternate milk options available which was perfect for me. Both drinks also came out really great. Try the black sesame!

The servers were very helpful and felt like they enjoyed being there.

I heard this has multiple locations too which is dangerous for me. Hoping to return here again and try the other things on the menu.

The matcha scone is probably one of the best I've ever had. It's absolute perfection with chocolate and MOCHI pieces inside. It's also not too sweet, and pairs perfectly with an espresso drink. I will 100% be coming back for this and to try their other selections.

Finally, an amazing coffee shop in Gardena!

This location is pretty fun because it's located in the same plaza as TWO other "sister" shops to Smoking Tiger. So if your friends aren't a fan of coffee, you can head to Podong Seoul Tea for some tea/yogurt drinks instead. Or you can get some great tiramisu at Oncle's Cake Shop.

Tons of pluses here -- there's an underground parking, so you shouldn't have any trouble hanging out here for a long time. There's WiFi and outlets, and a ton of other food options nearby if you plan to work here for a while and get hungry. Their pastries are pretty damn good, especially when it's more fresh earlier in the day. They've got an amazing array of coffee gear for sale, ranging from an Aeropress Kit to a Hario scale. They also sell coffee by the bean if you want to brew at home.

Onto the drinks -- I've only had two drinks so far, and I honestly don't see myself ordering anything else anymore...because I think I already found my order.

The Strawberry Forest on the seasonal menu needs to become permanent. It's very tasty, but keep in mind it's more of a dessert drink than a caffeinated drink.

They have THE BEST espresso tonic I've ever had. Ask for it to be made with the Good Luck Baton beans. Like, I don't know how it's so good -- I've had many and it even beats Nook Coffee's version. At this point I'm making it a weekly tradition to order one.

I love this place they have the best drinks! And as a coffee snob it's one of the few places I go almost everyday.

Very good coffee and friendly service. Glad they offer single origin espresso aside from their standard house blend.
Parking is a little difficult specially during busy hours.
The shop itself is very clean, organized and stocks pretty much anything you need in a coffee shop. Glad they carry great beans and Hario products.

Tiger Latte is my favorite drink, never knew that brown sugar would be so tasty with espresso. The drinks have their own specific receipe and the staff put care into making each drink by the books

Really excited to have this place open here in Gardena. Any of their iced espresso drinks are great. The pastries have all been tasty as well

Really high quality drinks. I thought I've had good drinks before but nothing like this. I had a matcha and strawberry drink that was top notch.
