AAA Los Angeles Insurance and Member Services

Very nice staff members there and I always receive good, fast and thorough customer service here. It's an excellent alternative to the loud, crowded and horribly-staffed DMV.
I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!

I paid my car registration, got my 22 tags handed to me and paper work, took less than 5 minutes !!! Plus I'd like to say ,the people here are always friendly and helpful, they seem like they like their job!!! It's a totally different experience from the D.M.V.....

The service was very good. Waitresses always had a smile & seem to enjoy being there. The atmosphere I'm guessing was a joint effort. A touch of home to keep you coming back for more.

Always so helpful! I had broken down outside a park in the middle of the night. The lady I spoke to stayed on the phone with me until I was all sorted. Just for peace of mind, they are absolutely worth it.
Even the other day my husband had a flat tire on his truck , his jack broke, and I called them up and they came right away.

I was told there would be an awfully long wait, but when I arrived, I parked, stood in line for all of 2 minutes before the kind agent who was at the door in this heat, allowed me to enter. My transaction was quick and I was back in my air conditioned car! That’s AAA on Crenshaw!

I made a mistake and went to a different AAA. After waiting for 15 minutes and not seeing much progress being made with the other customers, I decided to leave. The next day I went to the the Crenshaw branch and was out in no time. The employees at this branch are always so pleasant and helpful. I will not make that mistake again.

Very efficient, courteous and professional assistance. We went in expecting a long wait time to obtain an international drivers permit, but we were out in 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this location.

I've been two different AAA offices do the Coronavirus they have a small line very courtesy they asked you what you need to go inside get a little small bag put your belongings in you wait like 10 to 15 and you're out of here and very helpful will definitely go back again

I'm a new policy holder and recently experience 2 unfortunate accidents. The services provided by the AAA staff surpassed my expectations and I'm happy I chose AAA to insure me and my family.

They are really adhering to the covid 19 restrictions with mask and social distancing. They even have hand Sanitizer available. I was There to pay my car registration and the young lady that was helping me was OK but she really need some customer service and communications skill training. She left me pay $312 for 2 years of registration and still needed a smog. I left really angry, I got to the car and I turned Around and When back and ask to speak to a manager spoke to the manager she took the check back cancel that and I had to pay with a $184 got my tags and will get a smog check for the next Year's tags thats due in December that's all the young lady had to explain but she didn't do it in a manner I understood but all is with AAA.

I'm happy about this place, because I can get my tags renewed in no time, instead of going to DMV and taking up more time than I care to spend there. 😬 The staff is efficient and friendly.

I love that they took my number and called when they were ready so I didn't have to wait in line. Quick service, clean shop, courteous staff.

Much better than waiting inside a dmv to handle registration and title transfers. I've gone to this location for roughly 7 years. Great place, great staff.

So intuned to my needs. When the Customer service Rep didn't have the answer, he didn't brush me off. He went a step further to find the answer and called me back to leave a detailed message!

Taking good care with Covid 19 precautions. So convenient that they offer many dmv services. It's SO much better than going to the dmv!
